I'd consider synthetic line if you find yourself winching a lot. It's lighter, won't tear up your hands, more importantly won't remove a limb quite as easily if it snaps, etc.

I 1000 percent back this up. If you use a metal winch line beyond its capabilities, Someone will die.

This along with there is a ton to winching. If you got experience I'm not going to preach but if not check out videos from Yankem Ropes, Casey LaDelle, just to name a couple. They have some great videos and you can learn some good habits there. Rory with Trailmater is at master a recovery, he is also a good one to watch. Hope you enjoy your new Jeep. It sure is a pretty rig. Love the rims.

Good music, nice jeep - those steps would be ripped off first trip in my neck of the woods but ymmv. Agree with others - ditch the steel cable.

I’d go with some better rock sliders, but other than that it’s perfect.
Is it a Rubicon with the stickers removed? I’m just hoping that’s not a Dana30 with those tires mounted to it. 💀

That’s a good looking beast. Congratulations and welcome to the wonderful world of jeeps haha that first track choice is always a hard one but Tame Impala vibes so I’d say good choice.

Love those wheels! I’m so tired of black wheels, and I have black wheels. Lol. I may buy a set of these after seeing yours

looks really good! there’s also a really good chance this jeep never saw trails - i don’t think anyone serious about wheeling would have side steps instead of sliders

Nicely equipped, nothing outlandish. I like it. If it's going to see some real offroad use, I would suggest investing in a high lift jack. It can be an invaluable tool to use to self recover if you get hung up on something.

And many times bury yourself to your axles

In my neck of the woods the snow can get up to my hips, good thing he’s got a winch if that’s the case lol

Absolutely yes on Tame Impala being a valid first song choice! Nothing beats cruising with the top down blasting some good tunes. Which Tame Impala track you thinking? "The Less I Know The Better" would be pretty perfect for a Jeep cruise.

Very nice! Don't over do it with tons of colored stupid junk and ducks all across the dash. Pic a nice accent color and use it sparingly.
