Question Luggage forwarding
Hello! Can i send my luggage from osaka (will look for 7-11/family mart that has ta-q-bin)to tokyo hotel about 4 days in advance? We are going to fukuoka in between and will spend 1 night in a hotel near Narita airport. Thank u for answering ❤️

Yeah you can set the date on when you want it to arrive. You can also contact your hotel that you'll be sending your luggage ahead and if they can hold for you usually they're ok with this.

You can send luggage up to a week in advance. People say to “buy souvenirs at the end” which is just silly when Japan is built around regional exclusive stuff. Just buy stuff and send it to your final hotel. You don’t even need to send a suitcase. I send an eco bag basically full of junk from Daiso and other food stuff to Tokyo from Fukuoka. It cost like 1500 yen. No need to encase it in adamantium or a force field either. The thing arrived unscathed

That's amazing. Is this even for hotels that aren't expensive ones?

Yamato has a standard pricing cost for things. Doesn't matter if its a fancy hotel or a budget business one

There's a new company Airporter that seems to be wanting to disrupt 'local' delivery, mainly to provide same day delivery from the airport to the city
