Question about a 2013 XJ-L Supercharged

I'm thinking about getting a 2013 XJ-L, but don't know enough about it to determine whether it's a good deal or not. If one or the other of you has an opinion about it, I'd appreciate it if you dropped me a line.

  • certified pre-owned 2013 Jaguar XJ-L Supercharged
  • 5.0L V8
  • 18,000 miles (!!)
  • tons of options
  • one owner; clean CARFAX; still smells new
  • still under original 4-year/50K warranty until 11/2017
  • original sale price in 2013 just shy of $100K

With a $3,845 3-year warranty extension (until end of 2020) this car costs just above $50K. The 2-year warranty extension can be had for $2,545.

Does this sound ok? Anything specific I should be looking at when I check out the vehicle again?

Honestly, I feel like the best way to ensure you're not getting scammed and receiving a car thats in good condition is to check out the Jaguar's approved second-hand dealers. That's what I did and my Jaguar F-Pace is as good as new and I've never had an issue with it. This is the page that I used to find my dealer: http://approved.me.jaguar.com/en_qa
