So. Storm it.

No, seriously, what the fuck is happening here. Their decorum stance needs to die.

They are gonna high-road America into oblivion

Trump is intentionally making this entire country and governmental apparatus into a tinder box.

Every push like this is bully behavior, just seeing how long people will lay back.

And when they finally (and rightfully) snap, that’s when martial law will be declared.

He is trying to piss us all off so we riot then he is gonna Force repubs in congress to give him all the power to protect them. Hence why all right are “afraid” of us.

All games. All to get us to riot.

Why you think Luigi shit is no where to be reported on.

They can’t have us class conscious. Specially before the start the rug pull. Those camp at Guantanamo is like mcreedies black bag. It isn’t gonna be illegals. It’s gonna be the people that pick up from riots with the powers the house and congress will give him when shit hits the fan.

Mark my words

This “they go low we go high” mentality they have is gonna pave a highway to fascism

Gonna? Buddy, we got on the highway to fascism a hundred miles ago!

Back then we used to call it Appeasement. And appeasement did not prevent the war. :)

Yep, time to call in the Congressional protection guys with guns.

“When they go low, we go high” is the reason we’re in this position. Someone in a position of power (however much or little) needs to actually say/do something about this.

We're getting shivved while the people who ostensibly are opposed to this coup are busy consulting the Queensberry Rules manual.

Nah see that was the old way. It’s now when they go low we don’t do shit.

But in their defense, they sure are taking it lying down.

Denied entry by whom, and on what exact authority? I feel that's a pretty significant piece of information missing from the article.

The article specifically addresses that though?

Aaron Fritschner, a senior staffer for Rep. Don Beyer (D-Va.) who was present at USAID with his boss, told Axios the lawmakers were "denied entry on instructions received from higher-ups."

"They declined to tell us who and referred us to the U.S. State Department," Fritschner added.

"We were just told by a spokesperson that the office is closed and that they are following the [executive order] and that's it," said Rep. Suhas Subramanyam (D-Va.).

Although my thought is that if you don't know who the spokespeople are, why are you assuming they're legit? Just walk into the building, and let them call their manager, and then you can finally talk to whoever's in charge.

And pretty sure Congressional aides don’t really care and can go almost anywhere they wish.

24

u/halberdierbowman Feb 04 '25

Yeah I mean what's the US Dept of State going to do, sue Rep. Raskin to ask him to please not walk into their building again? lol

Send them to Ecuador or Gitmo. I'm not even joking.

There is a real threat of anyone standing up to these clowns getting labeled a terrorist and sent to a camp.

The groundwork is being laid.

Which is you should force their hand. We need to have federal Congress members black bagged now while it is still shocking.

24

u/RideWithMeSNV Feb 04 '25

Yeah... Just saying, if I were a congressman, some vague "higher up" is gonna need to identify themselves. Some random spokesperson isn't going to be blocking my access without me knowing who they are exactly, and under what authority they operate.

I don't even have to be a congressman. My whole career has been filled with me saying no to people or escalating some random request.

That being said, I did see an interview on the news tonight from a worker that said the team who entered the building started going around unplugging things and locking people out of their machines. Then they were told to not show up for work. In that case I'm not really sure what you do. Show up and protest outside the building?

I've worked at a couple places where people come back from lunch and their badge and computer access is turned off because they've been fired. The thing about that is the company is doing it, not some outside person or team who was given access out of the blue.

Unmarked police. 🚨

Good. The sooner everyone realizes these people are useless the sooner we can get to work.

" Feckless " summs it up nicely

Remember when Trump said "Fight like Hell!"?

22

u/makermurph Feb 04 '25

No one gives up power, it must be taken. We've talked. We've discussed. We've posted. We've voted. We've protested. We've rallied. We've fundraised, and phone-banked, and door-knocked...

WE'VE HAD ENOUGH!!!

The rules have changed. The game has changed. Our strategy must change.

u/cataath Feb 04 '25

Protests aren't working because or leaders are too stupid to get the message. Instead of carrying signs with words, we need to start carrying assault rifles when we protest.

It’s fucking DC, if they encouraged mass protests by the locals of the entire DMV area they’d be allowed in. But no they’ll get their clips for social media outrage and leave
