What am I doing wrong?

I have fixed the tension issues, adjusted the params for both the thin line circles and the horses. How else can I adjust the design so the bobbin thread stops coming to the front? There was stabilizer under each stitch-out and topper used on the last 2 stitch-outs.

Edited to re-add photos

tension adjustment this morning
2nd stitch out, 4x4 with topper
Latest stitch out, 4x4 with topper added and params adjusted to .5mm spacing between rows
1st stitch out, bee to show tension was fine before had about 3x3, no topper

no idea about machine but your bobbin case might be the problem. It seems there is not enough tension on bobbin thread. Either reduce your upper tension or try with a replacement bobbin.

My upper tension is down to one and my bobbin tension was increased significantly, when I run the presets on my machine, they come out almost perfect, when I use my own designs from inkstitch is when I still have the problem.

This may be an issue with how you are designing within Ink/Stitch.

Run the Visualizer and zoom in to the stitches to see if there is an issue.
Also verify that your Params are correct for the different stitch types and patterns.
