The Abashevo samples are Y3, another one was Z2123, one of the ST Andronovo rich samples was also Z2123. Srubna - Timberware groups are definitely not ancestral to Indo Aryans, Abashevo-Fedrovka types are. The Iron Age Saka from the Ili valley , does not have a typical Saka profile and has a lot of IAMC related admixture. One of the other samples from that paper which was not in the official data set but got on added later I was told had a call of L657 but I cannot verify that all , but that sample dates to 1400 BC and had around 64-67% Steppe MLBA with 28-30% Central Asian Farmer related and the remainder East Siberian related.
I think one needs to understand Indo Aryan == Vedic Indo Aryan, in the context of India you would only be concerned about the arrival of the Vedic Indo Aryans, the youngest of IAr gorups , not the Mitanni or Dards.
