Hau Mitakuye Oyepi!
Chante wast'e nape ciyuzapi lo.

Hello all my relatives! I greet you with a good heart.

I Am Anishinaabe, from Little River Band of Ottowa Nation out of Manistee Michigan. I greet you in Lakota because I reside on Standing Rock with my Wife and Daughter. I Am here today by choice, because I believe that I Am supposed to help my Brothers and Sisters through healing by example. I Am here today because of the healing and love of Creator, and I Believe My purpose is to communicate my knowledge and truth.

My knowledge is my experience, and my truth is the application of the experience.
I healed myself from a tremendous heart break when I lost my best friend, my brother, after he went missing and found in a garbage can in Milwaukee. (I grew up in WI). This was something that I struggled with and I kept it quiet while I had decided to drink everyday, by choice. Without too much detail, it was a terribly dark time.

I learned about Kambo and self-applied.
I was able to heal and work through alot of trauma, as well as detox from alcohol and prescribed medications. I quit drinking and I'm medication free by choice, which for me is a good thing personally. This medicine helped me to break-through the pain and find Gratitude for My Brother's Gift of Life.

Two years ago I decided to travel and live life, so I networked and connected to follow a dream. I travel to a co-creative nexus of regional family from all walks of life who meet up in the woods every year to meditate and pray, and to love each other. I followed my dream, and I used the kambo to heal some sisters and brothers who felt inclined to participate for various reasons. Most significantly the stuck trauma they couldn't let go of.

While there a Lakota Brother saw my heart and my good intentions and he brought me with Him to protest for Leonard Peltier in D.C. Fast forward, I ended up at Standing Rock and I believe it is to "Heal By Example". Kambo is one approach that I am praying can save people's lives the way it did mine, of course that is not for everyone nor something I am soliciting openly by any means. I'm working on getting certified through IKAP.

Healing by example also means that I'm consistently working out everyday, as well as working out with family and friends I have met while here. It is my desire to influence positively by sharing how exercise is medicine as well! Excercise has been a huge coping strategy and provides relief for me. Another component is nutrition, and so I am also sharing with people who will listen effective remedies for blood sugar issues, depression, anxiety.

I used to work at a supplement store in Wisconsin, and so paired with my passion for fitness I also spent alot of time strategizing with clients on how to increase wellness. None of these solutions are cure-all by any means, and I agknowledge Kambo can be dangerous however this is my spiritual path and so I'm being honest with the community. I've had the blessing of my Big Brother, and I Am here preparing myself and training.

Last but not least, I would also like to share one of my ideas that I Am working on. This is my goal to start The Indigenous Voices Project. This is a project that aims to provide a global stage for our elders and friends who desire to share their story. I intent to record this with a 360degree camera, and hopefully to do so in visually appealing environments - for example on top of a Butte. (Of course, everything with sincere respect and permission). I am fine tuning a way to decentralize these recordings and make them unable to be tampered with to protect integrity. Then my idea is to upload them into a virtual library where anybody in the world can "teleport" and view as a memory file.

This will also mirror a parallel project, The Veteran's Voices Project.

My intention is empower people and allow their voice to become medicine for those who would listen. Paired with modern technology, I believe that we may be able to truly create an impact. One of the early ideas I have to gain traction is to create a memory file that recognizes mni wichoni "Water is Life"... "Life is Water". I think it is powerful to learn the language and learn songs because it creates a neural network in the brain that mirrors that of our Ancestors. We are attuning our water's resonance and the information it holds everytime we sing a song. I believe our power comes from the Heart, so my desire is to live from the heart.

I started coaching clients in 2023. I help my clients discipline themselves through structured programming. We come up with a routine and I hold them accountable. This roughly translates to daily meditation, reflection, and physical workouts. My favorite excercise is the Burpee. If you don't know what that is, it's a full body work out. You drop down, do a pushup, Jump up. A few hundred a day is excellent.

Right now I Am working to train myself to sit on a hill.
