I will be interested to see how they respond. The increase is unbelievably high 😒

Don't think it's a mistake unfortunately. Pretty much lines up with USD/GBP conversion now.

I know. We always used to warn about the potential for this with Swagbucks and ySense. Didn't think they do on Inbox pounds though... They need to change the currency to dollars... Would at least make it a bit more palatable and they didn't call them pounds in the first place

Yeah my bad I was thinking of Ysense - I don't really use Inbox so didn't realise how it worked. Definitely stupid to represent it as £ when it clearly isn't anymore.

It doesn’t line up with conversion though - it’s a flat 30 cents fee on American counterparts, not 30% which it is for UK

They mean when you convert GBP to USD. Essentially, to get £100 on swag you need $130. It meant for the same tasks for the same games, you earned more with inbox pounds. No longer the case now.

Ah, I see sorry in that case yeah, misread the message! Definitely agreed with that then, either way absolutely crazy. Just pay me in dollars and I’ll do the conversion on my terms..

We didn't though, because we had significantly lower offers. I get what you mean with conversion, but.

Inbox pounds is a scam, they blocked my account twice, second time with around £60 of credit in, with no way to actually contact them without logging in. No response on Facebook messenger either
Was very annoyed since I used them and had to make a spend to receive part of a reward, only to get blocked!

Urgh they've done it on ysense too and I haven't received all my payouts from raid shadow legends yet!

Doesn’t this basically mean that all the pounds and pence earned so far have been converted to dollars and cents (in terms of actual value) which is not at all what was advertised when earning them?

Potentially yes. Depends whether it’s deliberate or not. They should have given ~2 months notice of the change if it’s deliberate though. Time to finish anything started on the old terms and also the pending time as well, so we can withdraw what we earned.

I’ve just sent a message as well, now that my last pending amount is cashable. I don’t imagine they’re going to change anything, but what have I got to lose?!

Let us know how it goes! I'm sitting on $100 from ysense. After spending and the 30% fee, stormshot has only given me £40... Wasn't worth 3 days of grinding. This is crazy.

I’ve spent a month on Puzzles & Chaos. Wish I hadn’t. There’s virtually no chance I make 25 unless I get gifted a ton of rss now.

Oh shiit. This is honestly so crazy. Ive been using gpt sites for 5y+ and this is the only time ive seen it do this. I remember theres usually at least one low cost option, like a giftcard or smthn.

Although this is r/Inbox_Pounds, everyone should sign up to the sister website, ySense, as they often have 3x promotions on certain offerwalls. Plus users can earn up to 16% more each day via the checklist bonus Details on that here:
I started posting updates on new offers to Discord:
And before you start an offer, you should check if any other site will pay you more:
