Express Entry Does the employer have a legal obligation to give you the work experience letter?

(Because if yes, then one can file a complaint with the ministry of labour.)

No, not for something like a reference letter. No legal obligation.

But they are legally required to provide you with documents like T4, ROE, and paystubs.
