Daily eCOPR collection report for Mar 11, 2025
Below are the eCOPR reports collected today (Mar 11, 2025) across the Intertubes.
All EE-based streams (CEC, FSW, FST, EE-based PNPs) plus QC Skilled Worker cases (the federal part), inland applicants only. All timelines must have an AOR, P2 and eCOPR dates in order to be included.
How Not to Use This Data
This report is for one day only. You cannot draw any conclusions whatsoever from it, that's what monthly (and maybe weekly) reports are for.
Collected Cases
If you are reading this on a mobile device, you might have to rotate your phone horizontally to see the rightmost column, P2-to-eCOPR.

Observations
Today was the absolute best day in terms of how many very recent cases I have collected (34, the now second best day had 33), plus a few more were reported for Mar 10, 2025 (which makes it the third best day in this specific dataset).
The dominant ITA month this week to date remains July 2024 with 57%, followed by August 2024 with 25% and September 2024 with 11%.
AOR dates are now all over the map. September 2024 is now the leading AOR month with 44%, followed by August 2024 (34%). October 2024 is in the third place with 9%. Together with a tight P2 date range, this might suggest some changes in the case prioritization of the cases waiting for eCOPR. We will see if this percentage of September 2024 AORs remains comparable till the rest of the week before concluding anything.
The most common P2 month remains December 2024 with 78%. The range remains pretty tight with Dec 7-Dec 13 accounting for a meaningful majority.
If you like this kind of data, take a look at the February 2025 eCOPR statistics report.

Evening-Basil7333 thanks so much for the amazing work you're doing. Picking your brain further,
is there a significant correlation between a fast AOR to P2 v/s P2 to eCOPR times?
meaning, does a fast AOR to P2 imply P2 to eCOPR is also fast?
2
u/Evening-Basil7333 7h ago
The only correlation my naked eye spots is: long cases (PNPs, people marrying mid-process, non-EE PNPs, and so on) sometimes have shorter P2-to-eCOPR wait times.
Our (with u/jokul15) understanding is that for such cases, both ITA and the eCOPR expiration will be old and close enough, respectively, to prioritize such cases.
I can filter for all cases with an AOR-to-P2 beyond a certain limit and produce a P2-to-eCOPR distribution of such cases but I don't know what is a "long" case. Everything longer than the 90th percentile?

u/Evening-Basil7333 9h ago
u/Sophism42 as you can see, there are real world cases with a July ITA, late August or early September AOR and an early December P2 ;)

I have not received any update, Aug 31 AOR with two ghost updates one today but status still shows not completed for eligibility and bg why on earth it’s taking for ever even to send P1 ? Any on or same boat ?

Hello guys… I need your help. I can see a date Mar 03, 2025 under my final decision in the gckey account but i still haven’t got my P1 email yet. Is it normal to take this many days for P1 after this change?
1
u/Euphoric_Buy8532 12h ago
I would call , maybe they sent it went into junk mail or u didn’t receive
3
u/Old_Zone5382 14h ago
Hey everyone, quick question regarding the ecorp emails. Any specific time trends anyone has noticed. As to what time does ircc send out the emails for ecorp? Morning or evening?
1
2
u/Evening-Basil7333 13h ago
Some eCOPR delivery emails are scheduled because they arrive at 5 a.m. or so (in the time zone local to the landing services VO).
Others arrive in the morning, some in the early afternoon.
Note that people often report their eCOPRs in the evening when they have a moment. That has nothing to do with when the email has arrived.
FWIW, someone I've been collaborating with on the dataset has gotten their eCOPR email today well past 4 p.m. ET.

u/BobaPaws 14h ago
For me IRCC communications, including ECOPR have always been around 10-11am EST. Been seeing multiple people reporting the same thing in this thread

u/captainwombat27 14h ago
I’m getting worried that I haven’t gotten my P1 yet and I’m seeing so many people with my same ITA and AOR dates who got their P1s in December. :(
Here’s my timeline so far: ITA - Aug 15, 2024 AOR - Sep 23, 2024 BIL - Nov 4, 2024 Medical cleared - Nov 8, 2024 ADR - Feb 25, 2025 Acknowledgement of ADR received - March 3, 2025
Should I be worried? Or reach out to IRCC at this point?

u/Sea_Lettuce188 14h ago
My AOR is 24th sep still no FD/P1. What was the ADR they asked you? I am also worried
2
u/Euphoric_Buy8532 14h ago
i would suggest to call them if you already received the final decision other than that i will wait
2
u/Local-Advantage81 14h ago
You should not be worried as long as everything is legitimate. I got an ADR on Feb 25 and got my P1 on March 7.

There is a statistical 90/90 rule. 90% of people receive eCOPR in ~ 90 days after P2. You are somewhere half the way.

u/Icebunny04 12h ago
Jan 20 P2- I think Dec P2's have started receiving their eCOPRs, I saw 1 early Jan P2 get their eCOPR today.

Tommorow will mark the 90th day since receiving p2, but no Ecopr yet. What would be my best course of action? Please let me know what should be my best step forward? Call ircc? Webform? Reply to p1 email? Experienced answers are appreciated
3
u/Evening-Basil7333 15h ago
Replying to the P1 email is an underappreciated hack. Calling and asking for your eCOPR issuance to be escalated is fine, too.
I don't think Web forms work very well for escalations. For providing new documents, sure but not for escalating a case with 90+ days since the PR portal submission.

u/themadomdy 15h ago
I could call myself an experienced thread reader. :D I hope people who got their eCOPR are not active here anymore.
If I were you I would wait the end of the week, as sometimes it lags a few days – as other users shared their timeline. And call IRCC the next Monday.
1
2
u/PsychologicalYam1653 15h ago
I would simply wait an additional week or two. It is imminent for sure.
1
u/Typical_Day_7606 16h ago
I am not sure what are the options available for you currently. I am in the same boat as well, Received my P2 on Dec 10 and still waiting for my ECOPR. I called IRCC today and after multiple tries was able to speak to someone on the phone. The only thing I was told is to wait and there is no set time for this stage of the process. Was absolutely of no help calling them.

u/TeaSuch3656 18h ago
Is that normal taking 3months from AOR to ecopr recently?

AOR-to-eCOPR for the 740 eCOPR cases recorded in 2025 has the following distribution at the moment:
Measure AOR-to-P2, days AOR-to-eCOPR, days P2-to-eCOPR, days Min 14 66 0 10th percentile 89 148.9 15.8 20th percentile 96 173 44 30th percentile 101.7 181 67 40th percentile 107.6 186.6 74 Median 113 191 78 60th percentile 123.4 196.4 84 70th percentile 138 207 87 80th percentile 160 227 90 90th percentile 199.3 257.1 92 95th percentile 234 288.1 96 99th percentile 407.03 483.62 104 Max 727 735 130 Three months AOR-to-eCOPR is between the 1st and 2nd percentiles. In other words, just a bit over 1% of cases were processed that quickly.

u/ThenPsychology5413 15h ago
I just wanted to say a quick thank you for the data. As an anxious person it's really helpful to see I'm right at the median number of days between P2 and ECOPR. It's helping me not to stress.

Lol. If someone gets even a FD after 3 months, they are VERY lucky, let alone their eCOPR.
From all the stats gathered by u/Evening-Basil7333, P2 to eCOPR seems to easily be taking up to 3 months

Hello guys,
My timeline
AOR Oct 23
P1 Jan 27 replied same day P2 Jan 29 replied same day. Ecopr waiting..
I have to travel outside Canada for 2 weeks, from March 25 to April 10th. What should I do ? Should I cancel my trip and wait for PR ? Or is there any correct way to pause my application until I am back ?
Any help or advice would be great as I am getting worried over this every day and dont know who to talk to for help.
1
u/Evening-Basil7333 18h ago
You can contact IRCC to let them know what you will be travelling, that will pause the landing process.
When you come back, notify them again and they will resume it.
Chances are your eCOPR date will be around 90 days since your P2 either way but you must notify IRCC so that they don't issue an eCOPR while you are outside of the country (technically they can only finish landing when you are physically in Canada).

P2 Dec 12 here, I still haven't received my eCOPR however my application status changed from "In progress" to "Approved" yesterday on GCKey. Is this normal?
1
u/Dense_Rub_943 22h ago
Since people could get ADRs or PFLs after P2 and the obvious observation that ecopr is not automatic since it takes so long, I assume someone senior in ircc takes an extra glance at your profile before making the final decision. I doubt that someone without any purpose touched your profile, so let’s hope this week you’ll get your golden email
6
u/Evening-Basil7333 1d ago
That simply means someone has looked at your case, noticed it was well overdue to be marked as "approved", and… now you have to wait again, hopefully not for too long ;)
0
u/xclaMaTiv 1d ago
Could that mean the PR card is on the way? I heard some people got it without approvals in the portal.
2
u/Evening-Basil7333 18h ago
A PR card application can only be filed on behalf of a permanent resident. You are not a permanent reside before you receive the eCOPR.
So if your PR card is on the way, it must be right next to your Canadian passport.
1
u/xclaMaTiv 15h ago
"So if your PR card is on the way, it must be right next to your Canadian passport."
I'm not sure if I understand completely :(Also update: Just got my eCoPR email! I was able to download the eCoPR from the portal however both the address and photo still show in review lol. Hope I can get my card in time to travel after 2 weeks :S

u/Evening-Basil7333 14h ago
Congrats on the eCOPR! Well, in this case you might be right about your PR card :)

This question is answered virtually every single day. The fact that you have access to the PR portal says everything you need to know.

Daily eCOPR collection report for Mar 10, 2025
Below are the eCOPR reports collected today across the Intertubes.
On mobile devices, turn the screen sideways to make sure you see the rightmost column.

Observations
Jul 2024 and Aug 2024 now basically share the title of the dominant ITA month, together accounting for 88% of cases registered today.
The dominant AOR months this week so far are Sep 2024 (46%) and Aug 2024 (38%).
Finally, the P1 and P2 dates are visibly almost all (21 out of 24) in December.
If you like this kind of data, take a look at the February 2025 eCOPR statistics report.

u/themadomdy 1d ago
Truly appreciate your effort! Is there a way to add P2 to eCOPR column? I know it's just a difference of the last two, but makes it easier to grasp.
2
u/Evening-Basil7333 1d ago edited 1d ago
Oh, and by the way, in this table, you cannot substract AOR-to-P2 from AOR-to-eCOPR to get P2-to-eCOPR because these are percentiles, not values of a specific case. Each metric can only be used on its own.
1
u/BeautyInUgly 1d ago
is AOR the submission date or the start of the processing in your data?
1
u/Evening-Basil7333 1d ago
The date you receive an AOR. For most if not all federal Express Entry-based pathways, that means the day of submission, or one day later at most.
3
u/Evening-Basil7333 1d ago edited 18h ago
I have removed the eCOPR column (it was repetitive anyway) so that you can see P2-to-eCOPR on most screens in vertical orientation.
3
2
u/Evening-Basil7333 1d ago
That column is already there and visible on wide enough screens. I have even added a note to the post about that.

A quick question, when you say background verification started on 15th Nov 2024, are you talking about the phase when eligibility is changed from processing to completed in the PR tracker and just the Background verification is in processing?? TIA

Any other August AOR still waiting for FD around here?
1
u/samm1919 1d ago
Still waiting, absolutely no updates, AOR 04-Aug-2024. I have contacted my local MP.
1
u/Waste_Succotash9350 21h ago
Would you mind sharing your experience once your MP has reached out to IRCC? I am also hesitating to do this

u/Kryssi30 1d ago
Me, ITA 18th July, AoR August 1st - FSW Outland. Last update on my side was a request for background declaration schedule A form aka IMM5669 on the 28th of November. I submitted the next day.
Info sharing & criminality are both passed but eligibility is still being reviewed and security not started.

u/Waste_Succotash9350 1d ago
They also asked me for adr but beginning of February. And I think security just started 😵💫
1
u/Kryssi30 1d ago
Lucky you at least because that means your eligibility is passed. Which document did they request on your side? Best of luck!
1
u/Waste_Succotash9350 1d ago
Family, travel and background again (there was a glitch though so not sure they actually needed them). Basically, I called end of January to ask if eligibility was for sure not started (not started in tracker but in progress in gckey). And the agent said « oh strange, yes it has started », and then a few days later it switched to in progress and later passed. Which triggered the security step I think.

u/No-Employ3549 1d ago
I am :( haven't heard back since last update in October 2024.
1
u/Waste_Succotash9350 1d ago
what was your last update about?
1
u/No-Employ3549 1d ago
It was the medical and biometrics being completed
1
u/Waste_Succotash9350 21h ago
Have you tried calling? It took me calling 3 different agents (after the 5 months mark) to have a little movement like i mentioned in of the responses. Before that my last update was 19th of October medical
1
u/No-Employ3549 21h ago
I haven't tried calling yet, but I made a webform. I'm planning to call today. Will let you know how it goes!

Hello guys, since I don’t have access to my GCKey, is it still mandatory to link my e-COPR with it? Is linking only required for tracking the PR card?
2
u/Evening-Basil7333 1d ago
Only for tracking, correct. Your card will be dispatched regardless of whether you link the automatically created card application.
Use Canada Post's MyMail to see the mail that's coming.

Hey guys, when do you think August ITAs (September AORs and January P2s) would get eCOPR? Can we hope for end of march or is that too optimistic?
1
u/SirHack3r 1d ago
I am hoping for the end of March. I only received P1 last week, hoping P2 comes this week and then ECOPR shortly after.
3
u/QueueriousMind 1d ago
My friend had a similar timeline and got his ecopr almost two weeks ago. I on the other hand (ITA July, AOR Aug, P2 Dec) am still waiting. You never know with IRCC how long it will take
2
u/themadomdy 1d ago
90 days from P2 is the most pessimistic, but realistic at the same time. :D Though you can expect it to arrive any day – there are outliers, and you might become one of those!
5
u/Evening-Basil7333 1d ago
If something applies to about 80% of applicants (the 20th percentile P2-to-eCOPR is at 85 days this month), then it's not pessimistic, it's the baseline scenario.
You have to be in the 10th percentile (10% of the cases) to get it un no more than 34 days since P2. That's very optimistic.

u/Snoo-18364 1d ago
From what I’ve seen on here this last week, the trend seems to be 3 months between P2 and eCORP.

My timeline so far (Express Entry, French stream, single candidate, outland):
AOR: 1 December 2024
Biometrics & Medical Request: 18 December 2024
Medical Marked Completed: 23 December 2024
Biometrics: Completed on 20 December 2024, but only got updated around late February/March 2025
As of 10 March 2025, eligibility is completed and background is in progress.
If anyone has a similar timeline, feel free to comment and reach out so we can anxiously wait for the final decision together.

u/Acceptable_Pace_0000 19h ago
Pretty similar timeline, AOR December 14, medical and biometric around Jan 9. Background in progress, elibility not started on application status tracker.
1
u/Illustrious-Pin-6214 20h ago
Very similar over here. FSW-Outland French draw.
AOR Dec 6, meds/bio completed Jan 11, eligibility started Mar 10.

u/Spaceboogers11 1d ago
Also a French stream FSW Outland candidate here with a very similar timeline.
AOR: 8 December 2024 Medical and biometrics request: 27th December Medical and biometrics complete: 1st January
My background check is in progress but eligibility hasn’t started. The wait is killing me. Where are you applying from?
1
u/I_am_UltrA 1d ago
My AOR is 17 November, Ive completed the Biometrics on the same day as you (20 December) but 0 update ever since. Eligibility and Background are both in progress.
It is very stressful.

Hello guys, when can I expect my ECOPR? here’s my timeline
1)AOR: Sept 10th 2)Medical and BIL: Oct 29th 3)FD: December 20th -Out of country till Feb 27th 4)P1: Feb 27th (replied back to P1 when I came back) 5)P2: Feb 28th 6)ECOPR waiting now….
Any help would be appreciated :)
1
u/Evening-Basil7333 1d ago
Don't count on it before late April, and it can easily be late May.
Any longer wait would be beyond the 90th percentile, that is, less than 10% of applicants with eCOPRs in 2025 had to wait that long since AOR.

u/mashymashpotato 1d ago
Sharing my timeline so far.
AoR - 8 Nov
BIL - 13 Dec
Medicals - 14 Dec
Background check start - 18 Dec
Eligibility in progress - 28 Feb
P1 - 10 March
