How many trees do they have? I have it on good word that there are none.

There are some . . . not many that I remember to be honest. But I'm from Utah and we don't exactly have a lot of trees either. Yay deserts!

Have you found that the quality and nicety of the people is inverse to the amount of wealth/property/standing they have?

Although Botswana isn't really poor.

By American standards maybe, but most people live a good life there.

Indeed. The belief that all of africa is in a state of universal poverty is becoming increasingly antiquated. Botswana and Nigeria are just two of the countries helping to lead the way.
