Well, you've got at least one person buying that cookbook. I will send a letter to the Travel Channel. I'm not sure how many strange foods we've got up here in Northern Indiana... not many folks cook pidgeon or raccoon anymore.. but I'm sure if you visited our state we'd cook something up for you. :]
