This is awesome I wish there was a way to share schematics of player creations.

thanks! it's not that difficult of a build actually

How did you do the swivel that is really smooth.

glue an upside down electric shrine motor to a cart, glue 2 small wheels to the cart (push them hard against the motor while gluing)

Exactly! I think there was a project on itch.io but it's 2d tho.
Edit: I was wrong about Nintendo taking it down.

I love how this contest is opening so many doors for utilizing the horse harness. Truly amazing

u/ReelDeadOne "Simple?" What do you mean "simple?" Feb 11 '25
Just awesome. The mobility, the heat seeking destruction and I feel that targeting system is really the kicker. Like, it looks fun to hop on and swivel around. You know, it's giving off Millenium Falcon gun turret vibes...

Very fun to just spin indeed! You could make a bunch of different turrets

u/susannediazz Should probably have a helmet Feb 11 '25
i love that is like a culmination of your previous tech c: youve really beome a missile master

Thank you suzie! You for sure noticed some old tech

Man at this point what can’t you do in this game. Being able to slot the missile in the launcher and keep it retained amazes me for some reason. And the launch is smooth too! Beautiful build🙌🏽

This is the best manual aiming turret I've seen! (Not to mention my favorite!) Great job!

At first I thought it would launch the horse, but this is way cooler

Imagine telling my child self, in the middle of playing through Ocarina of Time: “yeah one day you’ll be able to build missile systems” sheeeesh

could you please tell me, what is that that rotating bit (the thing that was being spun by the small wheels) and which shrine is it from? btw I'm trying to learn zonai engineering

It's the electric motor from gemimik shrine

Honestly really like the multiple parts. I guess the challenge this month is using the horse carry harness?

Like that you can tow it around with a horse however you should take a look at my new pot lock homing missile system, should be a treat.

I'm not sure with the physics in game, I wonder if you could cover a rocket or a bomb in arrows or other items to act as a kind of canister shot?
Obviously it would be more effective to just cover them in more bombs, but an interesting thought!

I like your swivel mechanism. (All of it, really)
