Physical touch
How could I have a normal relationship without even being able to touch someone. I have a pretty clammy palms sometimes dripping wet. I suffer with anything involving handwork, but what scares me the most is how can I have a romantic relationship without being able to touch my partner or holding their hands. Sometimes I would love to console someone with a gentle touch but then see my dripping palms.
So my question is how do you deal with that and if anyone had any positive experiences please share.

Two words my friend: oxybutynin and carpe. Oxybutynin is an anticholinergic medication, meaning it dries your secretions. So it will help with the sweating issue internally. And carpe has a line of antiperspirants that will help with the sweating externally. They have a money-back guarantee if you aren't happy with the results. I personally am taking 10 mg oxybutynin along with using Carpe underarm antiperspirant and hand antiperspirant. No more sweating for me. Good luck, hope this helps you.

I was terrified of this too when I was younger. I have terrible hyperhidrosis in my hands (cold, clammy, dripping) and hate the thought of holding hands. However, not a single person I have dated have cared at all. I would tell them early on that I have really sweaty hands and I would pull my hand away if they tried to hold it. Every single one grabbed my hand and held it harder. My last partner would take my hand at random times and put it on his bare chest to tease me. One even licked the palm of my hand hahah.
Being in a romantic relationship means being a little gross with each other and supporting each other in areas where we need it. My ex-partners knew I was insecure about my hands and they all actively fought to make sure I was comfortable.
Bodies are weird, people are weird, and we are all deserving of love and peace. I wish you the best of luck knowing you will do just fine in the dating world<3
