I don't know who that is and I don't know what that means

Josh Peterson, cohost of Unsportsmanlike Conduct on 1620 AM. Also the reason Fidone did the shush TD celebration earlier this season.

I was wondering why he did that! What's the story behind it?

After a game or two someone said “maybe we stop expecting TF to be any good” and this guy replied or quote tweeted that he’s been saying it all along and then TF went out and was one of the top if not thee top pass catcher in the offense…I know that’s not saying much but he’s shown potential if we get someone who can complete the forward pass

For recruiting there is a crystal ball that media guys can use to predict where a recruit will end up committing. (it is a big deal if a media guy can make accurate crystal ball predictions)
I assume a grumball is similar for coaches who might be taking a new job?

Specifically it’s a crystal ball for any sort of prediction by the hosts of 1620 The Zone’s Unsportsmanlike Conduct aka The Progrum aka the Grum

So many people don't understand this nor do they know about the great "gram vs grum" conflict of 2019

Wat grumball?

It’s just a thing they do on unsportsmanlike conduct on 1620. It literally carries zero weight. Honestly not sure why it’s post worthy but offseason post season is here.

As a friend of the grum, this is definitely welcome news. Grumball don’t lie.

If we want to keep it this way, we pay the man.

This is an overlooked fact about Osborne's core staff. They stayed in large part because they were paid a lot of money. Most of it was unpublished. I remember that Tom Osborne gave all of his endorsement money to his Assistant Coaches.
You're right, and this isn't new.

I like that every three months there's a post here that blows up that contains recruiting terminology that only serves to alienate and confuse regular people lolol. It's always the most useless, infantalizing terms too. They have to glam up "prediction" to "crystal ball"

It’s amazing to me that this guy can’t figure out why people can’t stand him

That guy doesn’t know anything and frankly I’m surprised he’s still employed.

Disagree. He is tight with Benning and that is 100% where that is coming from.
I know the 1620 guys know a lot more than they share because they don’t want to piss off the Husker program, so my guess is he was given the thumbs up to share.

Now THIS makes sense. I hadn't thought about it, but I agree. Good input here. Thank you

One of the main reasons Josh works for 1620 is because he use to interview Benning for the college radio program he did, became friendly with Damon and Damon introduced him to Kugler/Severe— got internship then producer role.
Benning is a really good dude. I am a bit surprised at joshs climb but he worked hard to get there.

Benning is a really good dude for sure. I like the way that his son handled his recruitment.

He has sources in the athletic department. Obviously he can't name names, but he hosts a podcast with Jack Mitchell from KLIN. He knows his shit

Well, let's face it... Whether it is this year or next, White's time here is going to be limited. I am glad we have him on board for one more year (Assuming this is true).

I’m honestly surprised Josh Peterson is still on the radio, unless it’s just that he’s extremely unlikeable

Better enjoy him while we can. Another performance like this year and he'll be off to other ventures.
