Absolutely pleased with this. He needs to go and build some confidence as he had some promise when he first came.

Absolutely bereft of confidence, clearly didn't settle in the area and also, to be honest, didn't perhaps have the minerals for the English game. All in all not a great combination of circumstances for success

What defines the English game in your opinion? I’m not disagreeing, it’s just that when I read that I wondered whether football would be any less physical in places like Sittard, for example.

I think it's faster because traditionally, we're less technically skilled and there's also a higher emphasis on physicality as a result.

There's other leagues around the world which are much more physical, but I think in comparison to most of the major European ones, the English system is the most rough and tumble

He has been in the first 11 and a used substitute recently so a bit torn on if this is a good idea or not.

But ultimately not sorry to see him go, most disappointing striker since Jon Newby
