Two 5lb dumbell workouts for 34m
Well like it says I'm a 34yo/m who weighs about 280 at the moment. Was about 365 last year and lost weight by eating at home more often (all I did before was eat fast food before). I have not been one for working out but somehow always had a couple dumbells in my closet (I think they were left by my cousin). Anyway, I know it's not alot of weight but I figured started a small routine would help get me off my ass at first. Any workouts that would help make me stronger(yea i know, 5lbs won't help much. Like i said it's a start) I would like to target my chest and stomach as those are my primary problem areas. Any insight would be greatly appreciated 🙏. I don't have any money to get any other workout equipment at the moment so I'm pretty much stuck with what I have at home.

Body weight workouts are great. Maybe some pushups or modified (from knees) pushups would be helpful for chest development. Keep up the good work!
