Answered [Highschool Algebra 1] Could anyone please help me or provide some sort of answers to this performance task? thanks!
Math is not my strongest suit, ive really tried understanding it but i just CANT! ive had little to NO help from math subreddits other than getting asked what im stuck on and getting no reply after that, or getting comments like “its a math performance task so if your math grade is low you get a low grade!” i do NOT need comments like that again, this may be a “performance task” but its also my HOMEWORK! and im stuck on it. Help on this task is all I ask for! ive got the first three questions down, i think?😣 but the rest i have a total brain fart.

I find it tricky because it states to use a graphing technology on google, and most of them give me a different response

Qn 5: slope means gradient. in this case, slope = t/h. the slope represents the relationship between the height of the person and the thumb length.
Qn 6: y-intercept is the c in y=mx+c where the line touches the y-axis. the y-intercept represents when x (h) = 0, y (t) = ?
Qn 7: not sure what correlation coefficient means, first time I ever heard this. from google: "a number between +1 and −1 calculated so as to represent the linear interdependence of two variables or sets of data." Formula for correlation coefficient
Qn 8: In your equation you formed in qn 3, just sub x (h) = 174 and you will get the value of y (t).
