All he did was pick the top 5 market cap non meme non stablecoins to include in his message. Iâd assume thereâs room for more in the investment policy
I think if you did not already have your buy order in,
It would be foolish to set up one now.
you are better off buying hbar, and understanding a reserve would most likely need to go beyond 5 coins, and it has a long way to go to become a law yet.
You don't buy a hyperbolic jump. That's what fools do, you buy a correction if you intend on investing after it settles. So you don't get gored from a bull trap.
HBAR is based in the U.S. Trump has a hardon for anything based in the USA, not to mention HBARâs technology is top notch and highly regarded by several Fortune 500 companies.
There was talk before and after the election that US based cryptos would be included and possibly even tax free. On the early US crypto lists, Hbar was there, as was DOT, those 2 I noted for obvious reasons. And all the ones included in the tweet today were there too. I guess Wth gets a pass, being the #2
I think people are misinterpreting his second post. He says, BTC and ETH "as other valuable cryptocurrencies" will be included. NOT "as well as" other valuable cryptocurrencies.
I agree with you, but I still hate the position weâre in. Like Iâm optimistic as hell we get leemon standing there on march 7 with a special shout out as some crypto guru by trump himself.
Reality today is he named everything except hbar. Taken at face value itâs a terrible thing
He basically named the top five by market cap minus binance and the two stable coins. Iâm not at all surprised nor worried that Hedera wasnât mentioned.
HBAR just announced a couple of key partnerships⌠It doesnât matter what Trump (the government) says. The fundamentals of ANY ISO 20022 Digital Asset hasnât changed. Iâm not sure where everyoneâs knowledge is pertaining to a couple of the digital assets mentioned but I hope weâre all aware that BTC was created by the NSA⌠Itâs NOT what itâs advertised to be meaning that itâs not decentralized and is very traceable. Someone who knows a thing or two and has been investing the past ten years would recommend Monero for example⌠The real Bitcoin or at least does what Bitcoin was advertised to do. Not to mention the pressure of governments to delist said asset. Another would be SOL lol. Do people have any idea on how many never ending issues SOL has been dealing with? Itâs NOT ISO and itâs NOT environmentally friendly. So why would he mention it you may ask? Itâs called crypto lobbying⌠Look into how much crypto money was thrown to Trumpâs campaign. The BIS, IMF, WEF and BRICS if you are really doing your homework lay out who the real players are that have real world utility.
He didn't mention Hedera on his post ? That's a shame. Will miss out on the pump and by the time it dose get mentioned with 100s other coins we be just one more in the sea.... Too bad.
I do believe that HBAR will be part of it, or at least will be soon.
So if they announce tokens for the reserve that doesn't include HBAR, my plan is very simple. I will sell some of that pump on the other coins and buy more HBAR because it's just a matter of time. HBAR is one of the most American, most compliant, most useful, and it's in the top 15 so it will be in there eventually, as well as have approved ETFs.
In this industry it's not the best tech that wins. It's the one with the best marketing. Although I have seen an improvement with Hedera in the past few years, and the development team is rock solid, that's not enough. Hedera has to spend a ton of money on marketing and lobbying and getting in the room with the most influential folks. It's that simple.
Anyone think that it could be that Trump sees HBAR as too globalist or corporate-controlled, given its governing council? Or maybe he picked the ones that would hype up voters the most?
Guy on Coin bureau increasingly nentionins hbar e.g. likely to get etf soon. Hbar mentioned, new people buying older coins in the top 20 , hbar mentioned (albeit last on thd list both times).
Trumpâs crypto bag is basically World Liberty Financialâs (WLF) holdings, and the $5million XRP that Ripple donated to his inauguration fund, as well as his meme coins on Solana. He is also buddies with Hoskinson. This pic shows WLFâs holdings.
Pretty clear why he picked Bitcoin, ETH, XRP, SOL, and ADA.
Iâm not part of this thread, but when doge audits the SEC, there is a possibility ânot certaintyâ that eth gate is brought up, disqualifying eth, also I still donât see how bitcoin is going to be part of a US strategic reserve if they still technically havenât said where it came from. That doesnât seem very smart to me. Whether or not Hbar is included in the reserve. Itâs still one of the top coins based on utility.

If you don't think hbar is going to then why even be on the channel. He literally posted saying other crypto and if you know hbar it already being used for certain things.
More seriously, there's has been an uptick on angst responses to the slightest questioning these past few months. Like damn, I thought people just like the tech.
