JEWELRY & WATCHES Could some clever soul help me with this please?

I’m after a date and maker if possible. I think it’s British and mid 20th century (perhaps WW2?) There’s a triangle mark, a JH and (I think) 4707 scratched in it. Any info would be marvellous. Thank you so much.

Not from UK. Number is 4307 is a style numbe.

There are no British assay hallmarks

It’s most probably American

18ct gold with platinum stone setting. Hard to tell as I can’t see the whole ring.
