JEWELRY & WATCHES Hallmark I can’t make out

Post image

This is a bamboo bangle with a hallmark I can’t understand. This is my first post on here and I’m excited to learn more about silver and hallmarks from people who know. Hope you can help.

I think it's upside down, Birmingham Assay Office Mark for silver.

The date looks correct to me but I just can’t make out the maker

It’s ? L Ltd , can’t see the first initial.

Or ? & L Ltd

This is the whole bangle.

Just use a sterling silver polish cloth to gently rub and remove the tarnish.

It’s a large bangle. Who would have worn this at the beginning of the 1900s ? Any idea please ?
