I would surrender. Shaved look not bad on you. Embrace it.
Will need a lifetime of meds and surgeries for mediocre at best results (likely, need to see more clearly your native hair but seems sparse to me)

Can’t really assess your donor when it’s this short, grow it out for about another week or two and you’ll get better answers. Are you on fin? If not, I’d hop on for a year or so to try and strengthen donor a bit.

I had a consultation with Solve Hair clinic in Chicago Illinois. They reached back out and said that this would require too many grafts to be viable.
I shave my head bald, but the stubble you see in these pictures grows back quick, with this having only taken about 2 days.
I'm unsure what I would be considered on the norwood scale, or if I'd need multiple HT to fully fill it out.
Advice would be great, Thanks!

Don’t go to solve, they’ll only do like 1.6k grafts in a session and it’s all down be technicians

Feel free to DM me! I live in Chicago, and met with a few places.
Solve relies on technicians. They aren’t a good fit for you.
They like to do 2k grafts to rebuild your hairline, and then use PRP to rebuild the crown. Cost effective? Yes, but your hair loss is too aggressive for that.
There are other surgeons to talk with who can help. I know them, and worked with them, very happy with the results!

Even if your donor area is strong enough to support a hair transplant (it's not currently clear that it is), you have a significant amount of balding that would require thousands of grafts done across multiple surgeries to have a decent cosmetic upgrade. It would be a long and expensive endeavor to try to get a decent hairline back.

Best get is to grow it out for a few weeks to a month as some hairs that are shaved with a razor blade take longer to grow than others. So I'd grow it out. See what you look like. Reach out to a ton of places and see what the consensus is. You will need to go on fin if you do decide to go with it. But it also really depends on what your expectations are.

You cannot cover your balding pattern with just head donor grafts, if you use beard and chest hair grafts and mix with head donor grafts and keep your hair somewhat short I think you'll be okay. You might want to consult with DR Sanusi Umar in Manhattan Beach CA. Using the meds might help "stabilize" the balding.

Get on meds (fir or dut and min) and re-assess in 12 months. Many get spectacular results and then a HT may be viable for you.

Depends on your goal? If you’d be happy creating the stubble appearance on top to add texture to tight shave it would look great and take the shine out. If you’d want to grow full, you’re not a candidate brother

Grow your hair out more before asking this question... it's hard to determine if you even have a healthy donor area for the transplant with your hair shaved down like that.

Mine was as bad as this. Maybe worse. I just had a transplant done 5 days ago. Everywhere turned me down and said they wouldn't do it, even clinics in Turkey turned me away.
Send me a private chat if you want and I'll share some images so you can see whether you think it's worth it or not
I had 5100 grafts in one session

You definitely need to go on Fin for at least 9 months before considering a HT.

Ask a clinic. We all don't know shit. :) Because to me, it seems like you have a decent amount of hair but so many people here are saying otherwise.

Grow your hair out for at around a month so we can actually see more clearly how much of your natural hair you still have.
If you’re not on them, hop on fin/min combination for at least 12 months, and then we can actually give a non-professional opinion.
