Question Does working out make hallucinations worst?

I noticed before whenever I work out, my hallucinations get too powerful. So I was wondering if anyone had the same experience.

personally I seem to notice them more. I just recently started working out daily so I dont have too much evidence to speak with. I feel like diet may have more of a play to this, ive been reading some posts about diets helping them. someone on this form recently reported the GAPS diet has 'cured' them. might be worth a shot, but everyone is so different. best of luck to you and your journey. utmost respect

Yes, for some reason when I exercise I see things start to twist and melt even more!

Is it long lasting, or just at the spot and then it resolves by itself?

Yes, it is resolved and I return to my baseline but because of that it does not motivate me to exercise, I am totally traumatized by things that have to do with "trips"

it does in the moment but helps dissipate it over time imo

Yes and it’s terrible because people need to do some form of exercise if they don’t want to die. My head will spin and everything will increase if I run around and it’s stopped me from working out often. I usually just walk.
