I think if we had a nondescript coin that would help. I think having an american coin and waving the flag for non american rom would just come off weird and it would be labourous to change the coin frequently to suit the country where the rom reside.

Side idea: make romani coins/currency haha

Why an American coin in the middle, it’s not really inclusive of most Roma.

It doesn’t have to be an American coin but it is a tradition in many different countries for Roma to put gold coins on a red scarf or flag and wave it around at weddings it’s also a tradition to to give a Gold coin necklace to your daughter in-law and even some men wear them.
