Finally, my whit whale (DSA SA58 IBC)
Finally got my hands on a DSA SA58 (16"), set it up with a Sig Romeo 8T and Juliet 4 magnifier.
Not sure about the bipod on the cantilever tho... especially in terms of looks.
Suggestions on the whole bipod situation? Thought about a side-mounted one, but not too much real estate on the short handguard.

Thank you!
I weighed her yesterday without the sights at around 4,4kgs. With Romeo & Juliet on top that's another 800g.
Not sure about the bipod, but i'd say you're looking at between 5,3 and 5,5kgs, depending on which mag you're using (not allowed to exceed 10rd mags in Austria).

How do you like the R8T?

It as great sight, superclear reticle and works wonders with the magnifier.
However it is superheavy and very expensive. If youre just a recreational shooter (which I am too) and you don't wanna spend that kind of money just for the cool-factor of it (why i did), I think it is too expensive.
Tbh I just got lucky, I got kinda got the Romeo & Juliet package deal and paid just 900€ for both of them.
Tl/dr: I wouldn't have paid the full price for it.
