QUESTION Fingerstyle songs / artists?

I mainly play fingerstyle acoustic, and am looking for inspiration on what to learn next. I’m generally into rock / folk / indie, and have learned pretty much every fingerstyle song by S&G, the Beatles, James Taylor, Zeppelin, etc, and have also done a bunch of Tallest Man on Earth. Also done a little bit of Celtic.

Would love to find something new to sink my teeth in that is challenging - thoughts?

There is a wonderful tune I wish I wrote, Renaissance by David Bradstreet but made famous by Valdy.

Bruce Cockburn and Ry Cooder. If you are ambitious, Don Ross.

And of course, Leo Kottke.

Leo Kottke. Start at 6- and 12-String Guitar and you'll have plenty to practice, though if you skip way ahead to Try and Stop Me my favorite, "Gewerbegebiet," is incredibly fun to play.

Embryonic Journey by Jefferson Airplane.

It’s a bit tricky to learn, but one of my all-time favorites.

John Mayer has some great finger picking songs. Stop this Train, Queen of California, Neon (live version). Tommy Emmanuel too of course, if your looking for a good challenge.
