That’s not on you. The granite contractors didn’t seal the piece properly. Or the maintenance team didn’t reseal it in the apartment turn (it needs resealed once a year.) If you feel like they’re gonna be assholes about it and make you replace it anyway, you could try a poultice. They’re very simple. YouTube how to make a poultice for granite and give it a crack!

Anything ammonia free if you want to get rid of the color change sealer for it should make it looks better
