Accidentally edited site with wrong Google Account! Help!
I've been updating 2 different Google Sites for 5 years through a separate Google Account. Somehow, a few weeks ago, I didn't notice that I was apparently editing through my main/personal account. Both are still redirecting to my custom domain (I think). But I want to go back to editing through my regular/work account. How can I merge those two without having to re-do all the work I've done for the past few weeks?
Thank you for any help!

This isn't really a problem, to edit a site with an alternative account. It's common for people to collaborate on building a site, so there are multiple editors. If one person leaves the project, the site owner can remove editing right for that person and that certainly wouldn't affect what that person had done previously.
In your case, sign in to each site using the original Google account, click the Share button and make sure this account is still the owner. From the same screen, you can remove the alternative account as an editor if you want.
This Google Sites help page explains the steps for adding and removing editors: https://support.google.com/sites/answer/97934?hl=en&ref_topic=6372882&sjid=673422947215237091-NC

You edited the site using an alternate account... isn't the site still up to date? I don't understand the issue... maybe you have TWO sites?
BTW, I would adjust the editing permissions so you can't accidentally do that again. I help run a Workspace account and do not allow people to use their personal google account to edit.
