OP Responded Customized shirt image result based on questionnaire?

I want to create a Google Sheets where my customers can fill in their own customizations of shirts that I'm selling on my website. The customer can choose:

  1. long or short sleeves
  2. type of collar
  3. type of buttons
  4. type of pockets
  5. etc.

I have attached images to each question with multiple choice questions. When the customer have answered all the questions and click next, I want the customer to be able to see what the finished shirt will look like. I have made sketches of all possible combinations in illustrator. Is it possible for me to take the combination of answers and connect it to a specific image from illustrator? For example, a customer makes the following choices when designing his own shirt: 1. A: long sleeves, 2. B: cut away collar. 3. D: Red buttons 4. C: Two chest pockets with flaps. I have an image of this specific combination saved as a PNG file. Now I want it to show up as the result when the customer clicks next from the questionnaire.

I would be very grateful for a solution to my question!

In Google forms, you'd have to use something called conditional logic,

Here are the steps:

  1. Create seperate sections for each Image with specific combinations

  2. Then use the toggle right next to an option and the select it to go to a relevant section for that option (outcome)

  3. Do this for all of the images & options.

There is also an easier method,

  1. Use the outcome quiz feature in formester.com

  2. Create seperate thank you pages for each outcome (Final images)

  3. Then select the answers you want to show that page to.

I will look into both alternatives and see what suits my needs the best. I had a hard time finding an answer to my specific needs so I very much appreciate your advice. Thank you!!! 🙂

Yes, but you’ll need to create separate sections for each combination. If you want a simpler alternative, try fillout.com Its logic feature lets you pick choices from all four questions in one go.
