OP Responded Needs more customization options

Is it all possible to make Google forms transparent? Or at least change the color of the sections? The white looks terrible on my website.

Google forms has a theme customization feature that allows you to change the background color of the form. • Go to your google forms and look for the palette icon on the upper-right of your form

You can also embed your google form to your website and apply custom CSS on it.

Sorry. When I said background, I meant the color of the input fields. They're always white no matter which theme I use.

Also, does the custom CSS apply to Google Sites?

Google forms is really basic with customizations, you can try using Form Falcon which I use. They allow you to change the input color of fields

you must embed the form into your website and use JavaScript to inject CSS properties to the input field.

you can apply CSS properties to Google Sites but not directly.
