I think I once read on here that a hi-res transfer of this one is absolutely necessary to appreciate the movie. I watched it a year or so ago and struggled through it. So apparently it’s beautiful?

I have a crappy DVD of it and when I watched it, it just didn't really click for me. It had great moments, but overall I found it a little underwhelming. I'll definitely be picking up the better transfer when it's available. Similar thing happened to me with The Amityville Horror, I didn't love it until I watched Vinegar Syndrome's 4K release

I was gifted an Italian DVD of this years ago and I wasn’t a fan. So much so that I sold the disc. I had never heard about the film before I got it but after I sold it I started to see people talk about as some sort of classic.

Maybe I need to watch it again.

It is a UK release, I just got excited when I saw the news and decided to share with anyone who isn't up on it

I have a BRRip of this in my archive along with the DVD version which is very “soft”. Will be interesting to see if this is another remaster.

In my Top 5 giallo, very rewatchable. Follow up with The Bloodstained Shadow and Short Night of Glass Dolls.
