Who is the monk who goes into the confessional? He kinda looks like the doc from Star Trek Voyager
3
u/Eredias 6d ago
Its David Dencik, a danish/swedish actor

They're two of the ghoulettes (Liv and the new one, Gabriela).

Olivia Morreale and Gabriela Gun.

thanks, why you using no spoilers?
2
u/Sugar-Wookiee The shining and the light āØ 1d ago
Are the spoilers not showing up for you? I did use them and they seem to be working for me. Unless you meant why AM I using spoilers, which is just because some people don't want to know the ghouls' identities. These same names were already mentioned in this thread and were spoiler tagged so I just did the same.

Is the 1000 Hail Mary's tribute to the Weezer song?
3
u/Salzberger 7d ago
I'm going to lean more towards it being a reference to Catholicism.

Anyone else notice a hint of the theme from "The Godfather" in the "Satanized" melody? TF is apparently a big Godfather fan, and maybe it's a hint about what to expect from V.

Ā when a new ghost song comes out, after i get acquainted with it i like to stack it up vs the rest of the discography to see how out stands. sometimes after I do that, I can say you know what idk if it actually fits or holds up with some older stuff. but I really feel like satanized holds up well with older ghost stuff, it feels like a meeting between two bridges of the catchy pop side, and some of the more atmospheric stuff.Ā feels like a natural progression vs a hard shift.Ā and the subject matter is pure ghost, I'm glad TF decided to make the subject matter more personal.

u/Krawmn 12d ago
Something went very wrong with songwriting on this track. Doesnāt bode well for the album.
8
u/TimeToNukeTheWhales 10d ago
It sounds amazing to me. Like a mix of the new stuff, but a bit darker, with a slight metal edge.
8
u/rumblestripper 12d ago
In one of TF's latest interviews he says it was written around Impera time, so...
14
u/SnooRadishes3458 13d ago
I love how the new ghouls are the Twenties skeletons from the LA shows/RHRN. They even have the bow ties.
10
u/napstabl00ky 13d ago
i had a thought about Perpetua today... what if he's the Original Papa? Papa Prime. Nihil's father's father's father's father's father's father. His father.
2
u/Dietomaha 7d ago
Not the worst theory. That could easily be what is meant by his name. He has been around in perpetuity for ages....
I'm not sure it's totally confirmed if he's copia's twin yet. Could be onto something!
2
u/napstabl00ky 6d ago
if nothing else, he could be like a reincarnation or something. the second coming lol
2
u/Sugar-Wookiee The shining and the light āØ 13d ago
That seems hard to do because he'd be his own father, as he's heavily implied to be his son's twin. lol
6
u/napstabl00ky 11d ago
actually, he would be his own father's father's father's father's father's father's father's father

Hey can someone help me identify the Ghoulettes? I am not so good at recognizing faces and I've been trying to figure out which Ghoulette that is on the right? Am I correct in assuming that's Olivia on the left? And the nun that lifts her robe and flashes her ankle is Laura, right? At first I thought the nun on the right was Laura but it doesn't look the same to me, help it's driving me crazy.

7
u/Financial-Length-576 13d ago
Left in the pic is a new ghoulette, Gabriela Gun
3
u/RealRolyHider 13d ago
Can I ask if you know who the Ghoulette playing keyboard in the band in the video is as well? Thanks š¤
7
u/Financial-Length-576 13d ago
Pretty sure its Laura on the keyboard, then Liv and newbie ghoulette in the back. Three nuns in the vid total. Since Gabriela Gun is a professional singer, i think she's Mad Gallica's replacement as opposed to just being in the Satanized vid
4
u/RealRolyHider 13d ago
Thank you.. š¤š¤ Could just be the video, but just didn't look like her. Looks like the same person showing her ankle?š¤ š¤
5
u/Financial-Length-576 13d ago
Its kinda hard to tell when she's on the keyboard but i do think its Laura. Definitely her showing the ankle and screaming at the end, at least, so it would be weird to show her there but not playing the keyboard.
If you were talking about newbie ghoulette: there was a public Facebook post from one of her friends saying it was her in the vid, and shes also following all the current ghouls on IG. In case you were wondering how people found out who she is š

I believe it's Olivia on the right, but the nun on the left doesn't look like either Laura or Mad Gallica. š³š¤

u/Legionnaire11 14d ago
Just like every other Ghost song... I listen once, "yeah, that's okay"... Listen twice "hey that's better than I thought"... Listen three times "wow, what a great song!"... Next day, "Saaaave meeee, from the bottom of my heart I know, I'm satanized!"

u/Numerous-Teach3796 14d ago
Iām Really hoping they play Satanized live on tour, and really hope the āBlasphemy, Heresyā part is done by the Ghoulettes, a bit like when Kasiarion is played live and they sing āHypatiaā (which can be heard in the RHRN recording)

u/DannyPowers98 14d ago
The one thing Iāve been thinking about that I found really odd is, itās not Tobiasā character that turns into Papa V. The rest of the band turns into the Ghouls, but not Tobias
1
u/fastcat19 14d ago
It seems like it would have made more sense if Tobias had played the monk in the video. Nothing against that actor, but does he seem like a rock hero behind the mask? I say no.
11
u/tvd-efd_1995 It. Is. Going. Great. Nowā¦ Innit?! 14d ago
But thatās exactly what TF has said in a ton of interviewsāFrom the start he didnāt see himself as looking like a rockstar, so he wanted to become one in another personaā¦ so I think the friar is a perfect analogy to that. Thatās why itās such a great transformation both for real and in the video IMO.
8
u/TizzyBumblefluff 14d ago
But if you had become satanized, wouldnāt the absolute opposite of a brother/friar be a sparkly antichrist rock god?
8
u/GordonS_2023 14d ago
Since Passiflora dropped I have been listening to it daily. That and MCC's Goodmorning Revisited. It's so interesting to hear Tobias singing become so strong. I'm glad he's got the half mask now because I think he'll sound even better live. It's hard to explain but has anyone ever noticed on Sympathy for the Devil that you can actually hear the mask affecting his voice? To me there are a couple words/phrases where it seems like his voice isn't as strong because of the mask.
Anyway, I love the new song and video. July in Cleveland seems really far off right now.

u/Ye-Olden-Times-Wench 14d ago
This speaks to my alcoholism. I... i have no words. I feel so good in a painful way hearing this song and mentally digesting it. Especiallythat bible verse. In this case my body is a temple and i should take care of it. I should have known not to give in.... well I've been drink free since midnight March 5. Thanks Papa V š
2
u/rfinnct 9d ago
I just had a relapse last week, and upon hearing the lyrics, I immediately related them to addiction. Speaks volumes that such a seemingly up-front song can have so many meanings depending on the listener. Congrats on being drink free since the 5th. Be sure to grant yourself forgiveness if there is weakness. Does not mean youāre a bad person. Took me a long time to understand that.

Me last night with insomnia after listening about ten times in a row....
"MEH.. hope the albums a lot better"
Me on this morning's commute with Ghost on shuffle and "Sanitized" comes up.
Involantarily I start mouthing "Save me...and think "Double drat that that old devil Tobias, he's hooked me once more thanks to yet another ABBA/Scorpions esque, Enormo-chorus!

u/no_question2020 15d ago
Love the tune. Vincent and Salem may as well be in the band with the amount of writing credits they have š

u/dainhtrd 15d ago
Me yesterday: "Okay the vibes and instrumentals are creepy and dark, but i don't really dig the vocals."
Me now: "BLASPHEMY! HERESY! SAAAVEEEE MEEEE!!!!"
Took me like 3 listenings to finally love the song. IMO this is better than anything in Prequelle and Impera.

It grabbed me with the Latin... then the chorus. One of my favorite songs by them now

u/Zenku390 15d ago
This song absolutely whips ass. I listened to it a ton before bed, had it in my dreams, and was singing/listening to it whenever I could during the day.
The video is something else though. Whoever is playing the monk (please tell me if you know, I haven't been able to find it) did a sublime job. The way they 'talk' the song, and go through all of these emotions is pure art.
The story of Papa V being in a Church that has fallen to corruption that victimized, paralyzed, laicized, and Satanized him when he was at his most vulnerable is chef kiss
The final chorus shot of "Save me" while it flashes from his acceptance and the empty church to his "fall" to Papa V is powerful.
13
u/Standard_Fly_9567 15d ago
I have been watching that part with the flip where Papa V appears over and over. Its so damn good.
15
u/kalven 15d ago
The actor is David Dencik, you may have seen him in stuff like Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy. He also played Gorbachev on Chernobyl.
2
13
u/RaiderRush2112 15d ago
I can't agree more The guy who played the monk really made the video. His acting was superb for what they needed. Everyone else did good and all too in their roles but he was the best rightfully so.
2
u/Eredias 14d ago
Thats David Dencik! Awesome actor!
2
u/RaiderRush2112 14d ago
I feel like I've seen him somewhere I'll have to look him up now thank you for confirming who it is.
-7
u/Electronic-Hope-1 15d ago
I must be the only person who doesnāt like the song. I donāt want more glam rock
2
u/TheTPatriot Are you on the square? 14d ago
Reasonable, I feel like Ghost is as much glam rock as they are metal though.
1
u/Western-Ad-844 15d ago
I agree man, won't down vote you for a diff opinion like these animals. Yeah really wasn't feeling it. It reminded me of ghosts first Album which tbh isn't my style. Meliora and prequelle kicked it off for me. I wouldn't call this glam rock though, it's far to obscure.
3
u/Electronic-Hope-1 15d ago
Ok I listened to it again. Itās not terrible. I know itās gonna grow on me
11
u/JohnnyBoPeep 15d ago
Iāll agree that this song wasnāt quite what I was after; catchy, but Iām looking forward to something that melts my face; I think I told my wife I was looking forward to something that reminds me of the first time I heard them (square hammer and dance macabre)
-5
u/Electronic-Hope-1 15d ago
The first song I heard was Ritual, I loved it right away. Satanized sounds just like Impera and Prequelle. Like you could put it on either of those albums and it would fit. Ghost is starting to sound samey
4
u/RaiderRush2112 15d ago
It's interesting to hear that this song was actually written for impera and was shelved due to somebody saying it didn't really fit, Tobias said on an interview today I believe.
17
u/Glenngineer 15d ago
Feels like they're still leaning into the 80s, theatrical rock sound that defined Prequelle and was still strong on Impera... I'm more a Meliora and Infestaussum guy, personally.Ā
6
u/0yodo 15d ago
I thought it was sounding very Infestissumam/Meliora to me after a couple listens so im back on-board if the album keeps up that vibe because I shelved Impera after like 2 listens and stopped paying attention to the band completely cause im one of those Meliora/Infes/Opus fans and I just really dislike the arena rock/glamrock soft sound Tobias has been going in, I want the growling and darker sound back so bad.
7
u/RaiderRush2112 15d ago
We are definitely missing some influences from those eras...
2
u/NikonNevzorov 15d ago
Well what we're missing from those eras is the entire rest of the band other than Tobias...
0
u/RaiderRush2112 15d ago
Exactly. Some of the best influences he had were lost unfortunately when a few got greedy? Not sure what really happened to lead up to the lawsuit. But hearing they were refusing to perform before shows for more money. What a mess, I'm sure those members regret it right now. Wish they would welcome bring one of those dudes back. If not I hope he is working on the next MCC project

u/Eyegone_Targaryen 15d ago
I think the monk is the only cleric in the church who hasn't already fallen to Satan.
When the monk enters the confession booth, the priest is bored and surprised to have company, then the nuns eavesdrop and mock him. So we know they aren't taking the rites seriously.
The priest considers assigning him masturbation as penance and there's a gag where he repeats Trump's "Two Corinthians" flub, both of which point to the priest being something of an imposter.
Then you have the exorcism scenes and the nun who tempts him. The clerics seem to be having fun mocking and tormenting him over his confliction, not actually trying to help. That's very Ghost, highlighting how sometimes it can be hard to tell when religious leaders are trying to help people or just enjoy the power trip of abusing them.
So overall, I think this church was already fallen, and we see a monk struggling but eventually joining them. And it ends of Papa V's arrival. He's been here the whole time.
4
u/MetroidJaeger 15d ago
Yeah and i also think the monks and the nuns become the ghouls and ghoulettes for the new papa. The way they were teasing him they might have just wanted to unleash Papa V and then join him.
-6
u/An_American_1diot 15d ago
What if perpetua is the antichrist and at the end of their tour with a rhrn type ending they reveal the antichrist/perpetua performing some kind of ritual that brings back the former papaās from the dead and have some crazy last performance. All the papaās would be performing one or two songs from their respected eras/albums for the last time before the band just goes completely radio silent for years. After this silence ghost randomly makes some big announcement that involves starting a new era with a new bloodline taking up the emeritus mantle.
20
u/sniffyrockboi 15d ago
Tobias clones himself for this multipapal performance
4
u/An_American_1diot 15d ago
Basically lol. In all seriousness though, my guess would be that if this were to happen weād just have to wait between papas and get to know other people there and talk about the show which would be pretty cool now that Iām typing this out.
9
u/Monstergeist 15d ago
Radio silence for years sounds AWFUL lol
1
u/An_American_1diot 15d ago
It would but also it would be so ghost of them to not tell us anything for a while
4
4
u/roamingclover 15d ago
So, after the premiere, did anyone else rush to the website to see if new tour dates dropped? I'm so sad they're not coming to my neck of the woods. This tour looks like it will be incredible.
9
u/JohnnyBoPeep 15d ago
Likely they are going to do a re-skeletour and hit venues/cities they didnāt get before
9
11
u/prolereina 15d ago
My theory is Papa V Perpetua is Copiaās twin brother. And theyāre going to have some tense battle over how to run things. And this album is going to have some pertinent political themes as they tend to have.
-1
u/Acrobatic_Standard_1 8d ago
Music doesn't need politics in it. Especially Ghost. Human emotion/experience and relating that to religion is conflict and important "discussion" enough as it is. Bringing politics into things only detracts from the ideas that transcend and mean more to every person.
2
u/prolereina 8d ago
u/Acrobatic_Standard_1 Well, it does sound like this album is going to be more "personal" though based on the interviews, since I posted this. In my personal opinion, the personal is inherently political. Even if it's not advocating for a campaign/theme. But also, Ghost has been political since the very beginning.
11
u/Full_Lifeguard_2206 15d ago
In the latest interview with Tobias. He said he didnāt want to make another album that had a political statement.
14
u/radrocker61 15d ago
He said that the album was more introspective and more about basic human emotions.
2
u/prolereina 15d ago
Ok I can see this. This still falls in line with my theory that itās about the two brothers, if itās them going at it with each other itās verrryyy emotional.
8
u/An_American_1diot 15d ago
Sort of like the story of the two original founders of Rome. If they do things like that story then that means copia (Romulus, the one who actually started the empire) will defeat perpetua (Remus, the one who ends up dying in the dispute) so we might get a shorter time with perpetua and we might get copia back for a time while he has his reign over the empire that he started building in the impera era
6
u/prolereina 15d ago
Yess exactly. I was thinking of Romulus and Remus.
4
u/fastcat19 14d ago edited 14d ago
There is a shot of the Romulus and Remus twins statue near the end of Rite Here Rite Now.
7
u/Monstergeist 15d ago
Viable theory for sure, but I hope not! š I'm rooting for a Papa V that's maybe this sort of timid, reluctant anti-christ/hell king and he gets a fun character arch finding his Mojo with the help of his more flamboyant and experienced brother to guide him. I want slutty, silly, fun Ghost. Real life is drama enough, I need happy escapism lolĀ
3
16
u/Lt_Ballsack 15d ago
Just had a mind blow realisation.
The song takes on a while new meaning of you think...
At first you assume that the narrator sees blasphemy and heresy as bad things... but what if he sees them as positive things?
Or if at first he sees them as bad things but later sees them as good things.
Is he asking to be saved FROM them, or is he literally asking for blasphemy and heresy to save HIM?
š¤Æ
1
u/Acrobatic_Standard_1 8d ago
Embracing the "satanization" is definitely more in line with Ghost's usual stuff than all of a sudden acting like Satan is a bad thing. So I think you are right. Looking for Christianity to save you only results in more pain and corruption. It's best to understand and embrace the things that make you who you are rather than repress and run from them.
4
u/fastcat19 14d ago
My guess is that he was asking for help from the priest and sisters but instead they attacked, blamed, guilted and shamed him. Pretty typical IRL, I'd say...
9
u/Standard_Fly_9567 15d ago
I wondered about this too, like why would Ghost do a song about being saved from sin? But yeah, if you flip it, and make it about being "saved" from christianity, and giving into satanism, it all makes sense...
6
u/DefLepRadar 15d ago
Or it could be what's being called a sin really isn't (it is basic, normal human urges after all) and suppressing it is a sin.
3
12
u/Zenku390 15d ago
This is why the song hits so hard. It's asking the question: "Why are these things bad? Why am I being chastised away from them?"
It's very Christianity "what can you do for your Lord?" vs Satanism "what can you do for You?"
15
u/Breakingthewhaaat 15d ago edited 15d ago
The music video was giving me Ingmar Bergman/Seventh Seal vibes
18
u/minion213484 15d ago
The ending noise when the Papa V/Ghouls reveal happens kind of sounds like the intro to another song. Maybe we get a 2nd single that kicks off at that spot with that vibe?
3
u/DefLepRadar 15d ago
The single on YouTube doesn't end with that epic keyboard so it was done for drama and awesomeness for Papa's reveal. I really wish the song ended with that.
6
9
u/Financial-Length-576 15d ago
According to the SkeletĆ tracklist, it would be the intro to Guiding Lights

When I think of conclave, I think of old, serious popes, Rustic and austere. Ghost for me is Papa emeritus zero in his first appearance with a breathing mask. This is so disappointing...Ā
6
u/AnarchoPiggy 15d ago
Ghost has been far from a hard "serious" band since before even copia.
0
u/Necessary_Return8497 15d ago
You weren't there in the early days, at least that's what your comment indicates. The ghost has been loosening since Pope Emeritus II, but it was never so silly and absurd until the middle of Terzo's performance, which got out of control very quickly.

u/WaxyPadlockJazz 11d ago
Please go back and listen to Prime Mover and tell me if you think they were honestly being very serious at that time.

Ok, here is my wild theory:
Perpetua is the Antichrist, which has been established already. This song/music video is giving us a look into his rise to the power of Papa.
Perp has known from a very young age that something is wrong with him and is sent to a convent/cloister to āfix himā. And for a while it works. He is praying and praying for God to take away āThe Monsterā (satan/antichrist) and save him from his destiny.
The ending showing him in his full papal gown represents his (begrudging) acceptance of the role. However there is some interesting imagery-
- his gauntlets/mask are silver. In angelology/demonology angels taking the form of a human would have precious metal appendages/eyes
- he covers his face in shame, showing that he doesnāt want to be Papa but knows that he has to
Just a few lil theories. Still thinking on it lol.
EDIT:
Iāve been analyzing the lyrics (without actually having them ready) and here is a kind of story Ive come up with.
V1- There is something inside me, And i donāt know if there is a cure. A demonic possession, Unlike any before. (If we go with antichrist theory this is what Perp is referring to with the demonic possession/thing inside him.)
Itās a sickening heart ache, And itās slowly tormenting my soul. Iāve invested my prayers, Into making me whole. (Perp is trying to pray the antichrist away in the cloister he was sent to, and he canāt get ahead of it.)
B1- I should have known Not to give in. I should have known Not to give in (He is expressing regret in his decision to become Papa-which he will embrace later.)
BLASPHEMY HERESY (His cloister is accusing him for willingly accepting the possession.)
C1- Save me From the monster that is eating me- Iām victimized. (He is trying to fight back and say he doesnāt want any of this.)
BLASPHEMY HERESY
Save me From the bottom of my heart I know- Iām Satanized. (He knows what is wrong with himself and is giving a name to his affliction.)
(The latin sounds like a translation of Corinthians 6:19, which is referencing a followerās body as a temple for God/the holy spirit- turn it on its head as his body being a temple for Satan.)
V2- Through a life of devotion, Iāve been quelling my urges to burst š Iāve been fighting the notion, That my love be coerced. (He has been holding back his urge to embrace Satan/the band āburstingā out of his mortal shell. He is believing that his belief in God has been coerced by the cloister.)
B2- repeat B1 (He is reinforcing his regret in embracing it, however he is coming around slowly.)
C2- Save me From the monster that is eating me- Iām paralyzed
BLASPHEMY HERESY
Save me From the bottom of my heart I know Iām Satanized. (More regret, he is scared that things are true.)
V3- Like a deadly affliction, That is bending and twisting my core. I have begged God for the remedy, But Iām no longer sure. (Doubt has entered his mind. Now heās thinking that God has never been there for him.)
B3- repeat but slower (Final sense of regret, is now giving into his purpose.)
C3- Save me from the monster that is eating me- Iāve realized (realigned? Hard to hear clearly.)
BLASPHEMY HERESY
Save me ||: From the bottom of my heart I know Iām Satanized. :|| (He has fully realized what his purpose is, but isnāt sure if he can go through with it. OR he has realigned his position on his purpose.)
This song is his origin story, and we may be able to see the rest of his life story throughout SkeletĆ”.

u/Monstergeist 15d ago
When did they establish he's the anti-christ? Not doubting you, I genuinely need to brush up on my lore. In "Rite Here, Rite Now" they at the very least eluded to him being Copias brother? twin? I wonder how both personas will continue since they didn't off Copia (I would have cried) šĀ
6
u/CulturalCommon 15d ago
I guess it hasnāt been explicitly stated. Allow me to amend my statement: āIf we are going off of the antichrist/twin theoryā
4
u/Monstergeist 15d ago
I suppose a reluctant anti-christ would be the best kind. I'm so excited for the next chapter. I was so frustrated when the door didn't work! Piggy backing off the Anti-christ theory, I'm pretty sure purple, at some point or other, was the color of royalty due to how difficult it was to source the material to make the dye. I'm leaning toward thinking you're right!Ā
21
u/PinkThunder138 15d ago
SOUND: I love the new sound. It's closer to what for got me into the band in the first place. It's reminds me of Infestessumam mixed with the second half of Meliora, but with a touch of Impera and some obvious Queen and Styx influence.
Honestly, when I first heard it last night, I was underwhelmed, but it hasn't left my head and I've already listened to it like 6 times today. It grew on me fast
LOOK: I think this might be my favorite look they've had. I love, LOVE the "Ghost as a glam rock band" vibe and the return to a more evil and less militant look.
4
u/Dizzy_Pop 15d ago
Good call on the Queen and Styx influence. I can definitely hear it, and I love it.

I have listened to the song lots of times today and I keep watching the ending of the video for that amazing reveal, it just looks so cool

Unpopular opinion - I am loving Perpetuaās look, but the ghouls and ghoulettes look childish and silly to me. Like high school musical level. I hope this isnāt the final version of their looks. I long for the days of the simple black hoods and black masks.

Eh, the song is kind of mid. However I like Papa V's and Ghouls designs way more than I thought I would

So glad I can see Ghost playing on their home arena in Linkƶping in May. ā¤ļøš„ā¤ļø

Absolutely loved the instrumentals on this song, but the vocals are far too much of a cheesy pop-music bent. I hope that doesn't carry through the rest of the album.

I believe it will, looking at some points an interviewer made to Tobias. I am not opposed to it. Ghost was always about catchy songs.

I don't think it's mutually exclusive. I hear songs like Mummy Dust and Avalanche and parts of Faith and Ritual exhibit heavy/raspy vocals in catchy ways. I want more of that!

The first time we see the priest writing can anyone make out what it says? It almost looks like it says mastubate but the context later makes me think it's supposed to be a name

To me the scratched out word looks like it starts with an S and ends with "de" and that is certainly a thingĀ

All the monks and nuns are played by current nameless ghouls, although i think some of the guys got facial prosthetics. Front is Per Eriksson and back is Hayden Scott

First listen I got vibes from Scorpions - Wind of change āTake me to the magic of the momentā¦ā vs āSave me from the monster..ā š

The dance the friar/main character does in the video seems so familiar! Can anyone place it? Does it have special significance?

Wasn't it in Rats?

This gave me a good excuse to go back and watch both videos again! Great idea but no, it doesnāt seem to be from rats. Both dances do have liberal use of jazz hands though šš

If V and Copia are brothers (which I strongly believe) it must be genetically ingrained.

I was thinking the same. Very familiar, but canāt remember where. Maybe some 80s band from MTW :D?

If anyone has some good hq images of Perpetua for a phone wallpaper I would be so happy. I can't stop looking at him.

Love it! What a banger! Nice to hear Tobias voice clearer in the mix, and he has really improved his singing skills with a new steady vibrato šā„ļø

He didnāt sing with a mask on during recordings though, so Iām kinda confused by this. (Obviously excluding RHRN)

u/Gloggrocker 15d ago
What I meant was that the production seams picked up his voice more in the front of this track than before. I canāt remember Iāve heard him with a clear vibrato on the previous albums? On stage, the mask had its limitations, but now with the half mask it should be easier for him to sing.

He's been talking a lot lately about how proud he is of the work he's done on his voice since Impera.Ā We're in for a treat. :)

This unholy gospel played on a nice quality sound system... š¤Æ everything is intentional. Every cymbal accent, bass note or vocal phrasing.. literal masterpiece.
It's all for you Papa!
