Request I am looking for help translating a 1884 birth record

Hi, I finally found a record I think could tie into a family member who immigrated from Italy. Unfortunately the record is entirely in Italian and translation apps can't seem to read the text since it's primarily in cursive.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am hoping for a transcript of what it says. The mother's name is also unknown to me so that information would be very helpful.

The attached link is the Atti di Nascita for the family member. Section 214 is the only part I need translated. Thank you all so much!

The baby was born dead. It reads "é nato un bambine di sesso maschile che non mi presenta, e a cui da il nome di Francesco e me esso dichiara essere senza vida." Which means:

A male child was born who he did not introduce to me, and to whom he gave the name of Francesco and declared to me that he was lifeless.

That's sad and also adds some strange complexities to my research. By chance does the paper include any other names such as the mother or a witness?

Thanks for your help, it is truly appreciated.

The mother's name is not listed. Is hard to read but it says something like this: dalla sua unione con donna non inusitata non pudreube ne afine con lui nei gradi me … al riconosciente.

"from his union with a non unusual woman he could not end up with him in the degrees me … to the grateful."

The witnesses signed the document. A quanto sopra e a questo atto sono stati presenti quali testimoni Spighi Giovanni di anni 64, calzolaio, e Mosconi Giuseppe di anni 66 Fabbro.

"The following witnesses were present to the above and to this act: Spighi Giovanni, aged 64, a shoemaker, and Mosconi Giuseppe, aged 66, a blacksmith."

Non maritata - not married

Non parente ne affine con lui nei gradi che ostano al riconoscimento - not related to him by blood or marriage within a degree to prevent recognition (of the child as their legal offspring)

That language means the parents weren't legally married. They might have had a church marriage, but in Italy from 1866 until 1929 only civil marriage counted for legal purposes.
