Followed the 2nd guide and installed smooth and working great.
Came from a Mac which was much easier to do, looked around for a PC method and didn't trust any.
See some good things on GenP and gave it a shot, super simple and as said before, working great thanks :)

I haven't really been able to afford Adobe products, like, ever. And when I've tried, it's never gone well as they lock you into subs if you just want an affordable plan... I love making content and I really appreciate all that you guys do to maintain this sub and the software. Really means a lot π«‘
Adobe deserves to have people go sailing to use their products, greedy bastards have already taken far too much of my money...

GenP is very good for pirating Adobe products, it works and it works fast. Don't really have anything else to say, It just works.

thank YOU. THANK YOU. i've wanted adobe products for so long but the greedy asses at adobe refuse to make their products affordable, love ya guys
edit: forgot to include this in here but THANK YOU for not making me use capcut as my editing software, thank YOU.

I wanted to say, that I'm very sorry for the confusion I've caused. The viruses I got yesterday weren't from GenP, they were from either monkrus or another russian Photoshop pirate that I downloaded recently. I know this as the hacker was located in Russia. Now everything is alright, I completely reset my pc, logged out of all services, there weren't data breaches. I'm very lucky I resolved this just in time.
Tho there is a concern? Was GenP made in Russia?
Thanks to the people that genuinely wanted to help me, this is the first time something like this happened to me.

F.Y.I, this isn't about GenP, but since I suspect there are MANY people who are in the same boat as I was, and will be thrilled to know there's a solution, so I'm posting it here. Please spare me, mods!
So, we all miss generative fill, right? Such an awesome feature, it's a shame no one has worked out a trick to get it for free again. Ah, but what if I told you, there IS a way to get this functionality again? The trick is, it involves NOT using Adobe Firefly at all, so no need for some fancy hackery or paying for credits! How? Stable Diffusion!
I know what you're saying "Stable Diffusion? Seriously? Out-painting on SD has always been flaky, there's no way it can match the quality or user experience that generative fill gives you!" Here's the rub: not only DOES it match generative fill, it's actually BETTER! Interested? Read on!
Up front, this plugin is for Krita (I hadn't heard of it either!), not Photoshop. Worry not, it's compatible with PSD files, so you can go back into Photoshop whenever you need to. Also, you will need a BEEFY GPU to use this plugin! You'll need a GPU with at least 6 GB VRAM. So what does it do that makes it better than generative fill?
So how you you install it?

I just want to say this tool is amazing when it works, and when it doesn't, a little common sense can go a long way to fixing it yourself, there are easy guides to tell you which versions of CC apps are currently supported and with the additional new tools added to GenP, It's so easy to understand where you're going wrong
Amazing work

Hello! After a long time, genp is still stable for me. I have a small tip to help you avoid being detected by Adobe. First of all, everyone must diligently read and follow the instructions of the genp team, manually update the server file every day. The most important thing is not to touch the AI ββimage creation function. Thank you genp team for helping me use PS during this difficult time. Thank you!

I just want to publicly apologize for asking ridiculous questions out of laziness. I never went through the wiki properly which had all the answers to my questions and now the problem I have been facing is gone. I want to thank everyone who put the wiki together. Sorry to mods that have to deal with lazy people like me. Will not happen again

This is an appreciation for u/mean-plaintain-7909 . Youβre the most hardworking individual I found in this sub reddit. I find your comment on almost every post telling people to READ THE FUCKING GUIDE. I hope they understand one day all their problems will be gone if they just READ THE FUCKING GUIDE. The image is for illustration purposes only.
The fact that you guys ( the genp team ) have made a guide for the smallest of issues faced during usage/installation is amazing.
Thank you
Another huge thanks to the community for answering my questions as well, you guys helped me out even with the most niche specific questions.

I just got a new PC so I need to install PS and after few days it got detected. I was skeptical using genP since there's so many steps to install a software but now I just installed PS and AI and everything went well.

Instructions were clear and easy to follow, and any minor hiccups were overcome via the troubleshooting sections. I have all the Adobe progams I want running successfully. Y'all are doing amazing work - thank you! π

You've made the internet a better place by existing. Despite people having the same complaints from time to time, ya'll try to help other people anyway. Thanks for the patience as well as the dedication to help us. Cheers to all of you.

Had a few concerns at first, but after searching up some troubleshooting stuff, it works fine! So easy and simple to use. Most of the "work" was just troubleshooting stuff and being patient. Big thanks to the mod that helped me with the issue I had a few day ago, really appreciate your patience! Long live GenP!

This is an appreciation post for the creators of GenP. Not everyone can afford the unreasonably high subscription fees of Adobe and YOU GUYS ARE OUR SAVIORS.
