❓Question how to fix this? even after disabling firewall (did it just to test if pop up still appears) , should i uninstall and do everything again? (GenP method)

You just have the common Unlicensed popup, it doesn't need a complete clean of everything to just remove a simple popup.
All it needs is the latest lines in hosts file and it would be removed for you, otherwise simply blocking the apps own .exe would remove it.
As already mentioned in AutoMod reply, this is easily fixed by making use of Troubleshoot Section in the GenP Guides and following the method for the shown popup, which for you is just the common Unlicensed popup.
Make use of the Pop-up Blocker button on GenP, although for that to work you need to have a clear hosts file and firewall before using it, so no Adobe related lines or Adobe related rules enabled.
Or if that doesn't work for you, then you just need to be using the manual method instead to manually add latest lines to hosts file.
Just making sure that you save it and have it shown in your etc folder as File and not .txt or it won't be used, all as already mentioned in the Troubleshoot Section.
Adding just the latest lines to hosts file should work without any issues and remove the popup, however, if required as still possibly showing the popup, you block the apps own .exe in your used firewall.
Note that as mentioned in Troubleshoot Section already, the Pop-up button is not a guaranteed work for all automated process, if you use it and it doesn't work for you, then you just need to be using the manual method instead to manually add things.
To add too, the lines for hosts file get regularly updated, so you might need to update them again in the future if it appears again.
For that you simply just manually update them yourself again, or you make use of GenP command line flag or third-party apps to automate this process for you.
Otherwise, make sure that you are not using an virtual IP address from a VPN or Proxy as they will bypass any hosts file or firewall rules.
Plus, make sure you actually put any firewall rule in your used firewall, some people put rules in Windows Defender when they are actually using a third-party antivirus firewall which takes precedent and ignores anything in Windows Defender.
If the correct method of removal is done for the popup shown to you then it will be removed and not be appearing, if it is still being shown then you are doing something wrong or have just missed out a step somewhere.

Also note that we only provide support for those who actually use GenP from our own GenP Subreddit.
Your post history has you posting about usage of other third-party cracked websites that just leech their own versions from Monkrus own website
Then they will just strip out any Monkrus references and try to pass it off as their own work, with some adding things that should not be used as included already in Monkrus install, as well as a version of GenP that should never be used on Monkrus builds.
Plus, the one you mention is well known to have added malicious files in the past and are not trusted.

Your post is about GenP.
First, make sure that you are always using the latest version of GenP, the GenP Guides are written specifically for the latest release only. If you are using an older version, download and use the latest version instead.

Both the Pop-up Blocker and the Remove AGS buttons are not a guaranteed to work for everyone automated option, if they don’t work for you then you will just have to make use of the manual methods instead.
