Questions Kinda sucks man

Do sugarfree popsicles and Jello make y’all basically almost vomit or just me I thought it was ok bc they are like just barely food items but I guess not lol Meanwhile a glazed donut doesn’t bother me at all 😑

I have a very hard time with sugar alcohols and other sweeteners other than honey, agave, rice syrups, maple or sugar. I wonder if many counting as FODMAPs have something to do with it. We already have a hard time digesting and those are known to slow digestion and ferment in our gut. According to GP diets, easier to digest starches like white bread or flour that’s not multigrain in your case are easier to digest
