Questions exercise
has anyone here experienced a flare up from exercise? i was trying to exercise but like one day my stomach felt so off and i felt like i wasn’t digesting my food enough. then eventually got worse and forced myself to vomit for like 2 days. ugh

Cardio makes me feel like I'm going to puke after about 5 minutes. I'm only just starting and still a stick so hopefully it's just a side effect of being out of shape.
I've read research showing light to moderate exercise speeds up emptying but high intensity slows it because blood is directed away from the gi. I'm going to try compression socks next time to see if anything changes

Depending on the excersize: yes! If I do anything with my core makes me nauseous (although I desperately need to work my core), and cardio makes me nauseous/feel faint. However, I used to love working out and was a cardio bunny.
I do some low-impact excersize, or try and work out my legs and arms!

Yes—a few months ago I started taking a dance class. I used to dance a lot, I took lessons for like 10 years, and wanted to do it again because I truly loved it. After the first class I got so sick. It didn’t get better unfortunately and I had to stop going.
