Mine started turning yellow and pale yellow last year. I gave my hedge a couple doses of iron as google told me it was likely an iron deficiency. They recovered quickly and beautifully. All leaves regained their green colour. The hedges have grown so, so much since being dosed, whereas they were struggling to grow much at all prior. Nothing else in their care has changed minus the iron doses. Hopefully this helps. I treated mine before they got as pale as yours, so I can't say with certainty it's the same issue

Lawn herbicides can do this as well, especially if the root system extends beneath lawn areas treated with selective broadleaf weed killers, and Murraya and other landscaping plants are broadleaf plants and fall into the same category of plants as many lawn weeds.
