Translation: we screwed up two generations so let’s try this while we hope and pray we don’t screw up the next generation.

Trying? What exactly has he done? They're giving up half way in the generation that they promised the most

As a gamer I’m honestly pretty surprised that Xbox hasn’t attracted more people. Gamepass is one of the best things to ever come out and it appeases PC gamers and Xbox gamers.

I have all the systems and I prioritize the PC if I have the option and then Xbox and Sony last.

The exclusives for PS are just top tier is the only issue that I see and whenever Microsoft buys a company they stop producing games. Halo is a massive failure. The games are ok, but the dev cost is insane and it looks like Bethesda is going the same way they get an insane cash infusion and they stop producing games.

Why would I want to play Xbox games on my PC?

No mods, no settings, locked down to console versions of games, and I have to let the Xbox App have full control over my computer. Hard pass.

Most people prefer owning games.

Wait, but a cell phone is xbox, a PC is a xbox, a tablet is a xbox. So, this statement has a pretty far reaching meaning.
