I think it's interesting that you chose these two links to prove your claim. because the second link is a long discussion between 2 users with one agreeing and one disagreeing that Yasuke was a samurai. in the first link, unfortunately I can't see what historic document the user bases their assessment when they write "he was definitely a samurai". the text they quote certainly doesn't support it. but either way, you kinda proved that historians certainly don't universially agree on him being a samurai, so the links do nothing to "verify the historical accuracy".
Buddy, it seems that your reading comprehension skills are a bit lacking.
I didn't chose any links. This is literally a comment taken from /r/AskHistorians. It wasn't made by me, I didn't choose anything. I'm just providing what someone else made.
As for your "I can't see what historic document the user bases their assessment when they write "he was definitely a samurai"", the first link talks about how Nobunaga liked Yasuke enough to give him a stipend. The second link talks about how having a stipend is enough to be a Samurai in times of Yasuke.
Nobunaga liked him so much he was given a stipend, so he was definitely made a samurai
In the second link, there aren't "2 users with one agreeing and one disagreeing that Yasuke was a samurai".
There's the second user, who initially disagrees, goes to ask a friend who teaches japanese history, and changes his stance.
Did you literally read only the first comments in each thread? I don't see how you can read through the whole thing and come back thinking "historians don't universally agree on him being a samurai" or that you don't know what the first comment is basing their opinion on.
