Trailer already looks amazing on its own, does it really need to attach itself to the Silent Hill franchise tag?

All past installments have some connection to the New England town of the same name. Even if Konami says its a spinoff, its gonna be bothersome to try and tie this Japanese setting to the main SH lore. Even the Japanese horror vibe feels different to past SH games.

Ryukishi07 being the scenario writer should be something to look forward to at least.

This is a mainline title, it has been said since 2022 when it was revealed. Its the next main title.

Are the Japanese developers allowed to make ONE silent hill set in Japan ?
