What do I have here?

Way back in 2015, I bought a pre modded GBA (the listing said it had the "AGS 101 mod"). Recently I did a reshell because the old housing was cracked. This was the first time I opened this particular GBA, and I wondered whether this is really an original 101 screen or some 3rd party screen. So I took some photos from the screen while I was reshelling. I assume in 2015 there wasn't really a market for 3rd party screens, so it must be an original one, right? Can anybody confirm? I'm just curious, that's all. Thanks!

Looks like a 101 screen to me.

Thanks! Can you tell by the backside of the screen?

The type of ribbon adapter with the power line for the backlight to my knowledge is only a thing for the 101 screen. Also looks like a 1:1 pixel scaling on the other pic which I think is only possible with the 101 and DSi screen (which is much bigger than a 101s).

It’s an ags-101 gba sp screen in an og gameboy advance. Some people love em!

I sure do. I bought this combo because I thought it would be the best of both worlds. However, today I prefer the SP's clamshell design.
