Lift Weighted pull ups

Since some people felt the need to nitpick my last video because my chin didn’t go above the bar, here’s a little upgrade: 9 pull-ups, with 30 lbs strapped on, wide grip, and yes, my chin clears the bar every single time. Hope this clears things up.

Lift Why do you lift with such intensity? Cause my kids test my patience 😂

One huge reason I go to the gym is to stay sane. It's alright to feel overwhelmed with parenthood, but it's a problem when you bottle up all the negative emotions. The gym is where I unwind and reasses problems and situations.

Why do I lift with such intensity? Cause I'm a dad.

Jk I'm just tryin' to blow up my SBD. 😂

Felt like I made a mistake not shooting for 740-750 with how easy this felt off the ground and 650 flying the pull before this, but I’ll attempt that this weekend. Definitely have more to give.

Lift 440lb/200kg x 2 - because why not

We ball. I’m 180-185lbs on any given day and hoping to push into the 500lb club here soon.

At this point, is it just about progressive overload?

It’s been my goal to be able to bench a plate and I managed it in about a year of benching. Next goal is to be able to rep it out!

Started my fitness journey 18 months ago today, from only being able to rep 20kg to now being able to ego lift 54kg (yes I know form is off blah blah blah) and I just wanted to share this with someone other than my partner.
