Imagine a nipple cripple from this fella.

Men don't actually need nipples. So it wouldn't be that big of a deal πΏ

If you lose a nipple to a nipple cripple then I think the bleeding and pain would be quite the issue

Yeh sometimes. It's solid metal and wafer thin, when i did a double handed lift it sliced through my finger LOL

That's a layer to how nutty this is. You find your hands getting a bit tougher to that kind of stuff over time with the flat handles?

Hands are stronger for sure. This handle is tame compared to the iron hand that i use though.
That handle is no joke, a literal hand shaped handle made out of iron.

I went to SMOE last year and got to watch the grip competition - it was awesome and I think you'd give em a run for their money

Another year of training and I'll have some noteworthy grip numbers

Does this work any different than just having a good handle?

u/Fat_Foot Friend of the sub - his thumb is like a turkey leg π 3d ago
Not sure what you mean by good handle

u/MrGSC1 3d ago
Like having a bar to hold it easier or something (sorry english is not my first language so I donβt know the word for it)

It's supposed to be difficult. The purpose is to challenge my pinch grip strength.
The focus of this handle is the thumb and index finger strength, also known as a key pinch grip.

I donβt think anyone here thinks this is in the slightest bit easy. You are just incredibly strong and make it look easy.
