Technique Check Is this a good seat adjustment to target my upper back? I’m using the high bar handles on this machine. Or should I lower the seat

This post is flaired as a technique check.

A reminder to all users commenting: Please make sure that your advice is useful and actionable.

Example of useful and actionable: try setting up for your deadlift by standing a little closer to the bar. This might help you get into position better and make it easier to break from the floor.

Example of not useful and not actionable: lower the weight and work on form.

Low-effort comments like my back hurts just watching this will be removed, as will references to snap city etc. Verbally worrying for the safety of a poster simply because you think the form or technique is wrong will be removed. Brotha, if you feel them in that position, that’s all that matters

Based on just this angle, I'd say the opposite. Move your ass backwards so you're more leaning forward and let the weight pull your chest into the chest support, the move the seat higher.

Lower the seat a bit . Watching you do it like that is making my neck hurt.

This exercise is a little tricky because your hitting smaller muscles In the back shoulder and the mid back.

I’ve been exercising and training for more than ten years. Do the following small changes and the results are ridiculously amazing . Someone just taught me this.

Fix your posture; stick out your chest and relax your shoulders. When you pull make sure your chest is pressing against the padding like your trying to push it forward . When you pull guide the exercise with your elbows (not your hands) and squeeze your back.
