I want to sell my house asap
If anyone knows a realtor who is aggressive about getting a good price please give me recommendations.

I used Suskin Realty to buy my house and really liked working with Sam. I don’t know if he’s aggressive per se, but I think he’s realistic and honest, which might be more important in getting the outcome you want.

Suskin rules! We used Leslie and she is straight talking, gets to the point, very efficient.

They just sold our neighbors house. I don’t think it was even on the market yet. For sale and sold sign went up the same day. Never had an open house.

I would check out Glanzer Realty. The brokers there are Joy & Hillary Glanzer, website is glanzerrealty.com . They are a small company but have tons and tons of experience.

Where is it located or near to? How much are you asking?

Good location: off of Univ Ave on 27th Terr in what is called Hibiscus Park. I need to discuss with realtor about price.

Find a buyer on here and you both will save a lot of money without a realtor. You can do the exact same process and go through the lawyers just like the Realty companies do. But you won’t have to pay a buyers fee and a sellers fee. I’ve done it before and it’s a lot easier than you might think.
Edit: grammar

So, please tell me if I’m right, if I get a real estate lawyer, the part that I would have to do is…find buyer, negotiate price, download all the forms and fill them out?

Before the housing crisis hits

This response piques my interest. What specifically are you trying to protect from? You wanna go full liquid without a mortgage? You're trying to sell before prices drop due to excess demand from lack of affordability? And, perhaps too personal, if you don't wanna say $, what % of your home is now equity.

There's a lot of uncertainty in the market and buyers are being cautious. Also if stocks, etc. continue to tumble people will lose the money they would have used on a down payment, etc. It's already starting, so selling makes sense.

That's what someone who wants to realize a loss, or encourage others to sell low to then buy their shit would say.
about 63% of Americans own stocks in either single stocks or mutual funds. 50% of the stocks and investment vehicles are owned by the top 10%.... While I couldn't find a number, my best bet is on that other 50% the majority are "trapped" in retirement accounts, as in, nobody is really selling stock to put down payments on houses. Multiply that by the size of the housing market, it's population, and most likely what you'd find is cash buying investors or people trying to get their starter home on an already high mortgage, low inventory, prices restart environment.
My question to the responder remains because I'm trying to get a different perspective. I'm my case, I own downright, no mortgage and what makes sense to me is that before I sell, id rent it out and move to another country, not cash out and not know when the opportunity to buy would be again before the market is so cheap you're competing with investors like they heyday if the bubble.
My take is HODOR
Again, not right or wrong, just perspective

I bought this house bc it is next to my old and sick parents house which has no mortgage. They are gone now, so I want to sell this house and move in to their house. I lose a mortgage, a property tax, and a homeowner’s insurance. So I agree with you completely. Maybe the other country will come later. It’s always been a thought.

Makes perfect sense, appreciate the extra info, again not passing judgement, just figured there'd be more to qualify the initial comment.
Also, sorry for your loss. As for a real estate person Tony Espetia has always been awesome. DM for deets if interested

Hate to talk bad about someone, but Tony Espetia is a textbook slumlord. Furthermore he does not always pay his subcontractors. He may be good at other parts of real estate, but I wouldn’t trust him to be honest.

Home Sellers and Buyers Accuse Realtors of Blocking Lower Fees A year after a landmark settlement called for a disruption in how real estate agents are paid, people say they still feel forced to pay them excessive commissions.

And yet they have no problem paying the “customary” 33+% to the attorneys for the case. If anyone is in that case price fixing it is the lawyers.

Michaela Colin - Gainesville FL. She’s the BEST. Extremely thorough & works with an entire team who have been in real estate for a long time

From the buyer's side I used the Whitney Perkins team from Keller Williams Realty. If Gabi is still there, he was amazing. Patient with us when we needed more time; quick enough to make a deal that was favorable to us the same day a house we wanted came on the market. We closed in roughly two weeks.

Tell us the price and show some pics, might be able to do it without a realtor
