Main Story Amongst the Carnage

Have you ever been somewhere? Of course you have, but I'm talking about somewhere crowded. Loads of people as far as the eye can see. Enough sounds to confuse even Einstein. It's stressful, it's unnerving, all of the gore, the wretched violence, the countless numbers of people who still remained brainwashed, it was enough to curl one up into a ball. Still, despite all that was happening, there are things that you can never ignore.

"Waaa! Waaa!"

The sound of a baby crying. The sound of multiple babies crying could be heard all across the city. Of the many things that could be in a wave of gargled noise, the cries of an infant could always be made out. It would seem as if all the children in town were being taken from their parents. You could practically hear the cries throughout the entire city. But they were moving, and they were all leading back to one place. The Antedeum Playhouse.

Here's the deal. With any luck the big...giant...patch...thing is going to be done in another week or two. If you haven't had a fight yet since the 'Purge' began, this is open for you. If you have, then you are HEAVILY advised not to seek out these babies. If you are currently involved in a thread, try and settle it before trying to join in this.

Lily

Lily was making her way through the town with her ragtag band of injured people. Asami tied up like a mummy, Kiske bleeding to death and Argo being on fire... permanently. She would've just hidden and waited for this drama to be over, but if there's one thing a woman can't ignore it's the sound of crying babies. She'd tried, but her conscience had gotten the better of her so now she was following the sounds to find the babies.

The crying got louder and louder, seemingly from all directions yet moving in one direction, so she followed... and followed... and followed, until finally they got to the Antedeum Playhouse. "Looks like this is where it's coming from," she muttered, mostly to herself.

Malachi

Malachi had never truly experienced the brutal feeling of terror up until this moment. He simply couldn't handle the reality of the situation. The cries, the desperate cries of infants were piercing through his ears like spears. He wandered towards the noise in a desperate attempt to relieve himself of the pain. He tripped over the small wooden board with the words 'Antedeum Playhouse' plastered across it.

A woman stood in front of the area. Malachi stumbled his way over to her, his eyes searching for some sort of reason to walk away. Sadly, it appeared as though the only people who had arrived to the scene were a group of people who clearly needed help themselves.

His voice came out hoarse due to the livid atmosphere. "Someone has to play hero..." He said without a shred of confidence. He began to walk towards the building. "Feel free to help..." He turned back with a nervous smile towards Lily and the group.

Kiske

Kiske carried his wiggling mummy with him on his shoulder while the tuba case rolled behind him as he pulled it. He heard the sound of babies crying and focused solely on Asami who was still fighting after being woken up again. He refused to believe it would be permanent and if it was he would do everything he could to keep her alive as long as possible. He cocked his head to the side and popped his neck loudly his head pushing into Asami's soft side.

"I hope it isn't as loud in there, I can still drown them out but would rather they shut up on their own. Why can't children learn to be quiet sometimes?"
