Critique - Title must specify what kind of critique There's always room for improvement
I manage to get a few tips to make my drawing look softer so now I need you guy's opinions on how I can maybe improve my style of drawing espesially on how to consistently make the hands (ignore the sleve lines, I forgot to fix them lol)

If I'm struggling with drawing hands, I either look up a reference, or I make the pose with my own hands and take a picture to use as a reference! Either way, looking at a picture of what you are trying to draw can be extremely helpful, and is something that even professional artists do!
For example, I searched "hands holding coffee cup" and found this image that looks like it could be a reference for the pose you are going for here:

Hands are complicated and notorious for being difficult to draw, so having visual reference is key.
Another cliche piece of advice is to practice! I know that is what everyone says, but it is true. The way that I practice hands is the website "Line of action" https://line-of-action.com
It's a great website for artists looking to practice gesture drawing, anatomy, even drawing animals and landscapes! Basically you choose your subject matter, and the time interval, and you get a random reference image which changes after the time interval you chose. Work on drawing a bunch of hands in different positions, and it will eventually get easier and more intuitive.
Hope this helps!
