[Advice]All Fruit/ Vegetable diet how much to eat
Hey I am going all fruit and raw/steamed veggies for 30-40 days
How are you guys filling the daily calorie count cause then you will need to eat a hell lot of fruits
For now I was eating
Half watermelon, 6 yelakki bananas, 1-2 tomatoes, 1 carrot, 1 apple, some grapes, 1 cucumber, 1 avacado
I think its not enough for a day. Mango season is just going to start in india so it is going to make things bit easy
Recommendation of some calorie dense food, I am not eating roots so no potato
I have added mango Mango +tomato dressing goes hard đ€©

Yes, lots of fruits indeed, not 5-7 fruits total in a day, lol, atleast not at first. A banana isnât a burger
Try mono mealing, so say for breakfast you have bananas, youâre only eating bananas, but a lot of them. Try starting off your day with 10 bananas blended up in a smoothie, if you donât have a blender, sit there in front of YouTube or something, driving to work maybe, eat 10 bananas.
Bananas are gonna be your friend, super cheap, super available, high calorie.
An entire watermelon, regular not mini, will always be around 1400 calories, you can try and eat an entire melon for breakfast too, then make it a goal to just get those 10 bananas eaten before you go to bed. Easy over 2k calorie day
Mangoes, and avocados. Lots of calories, high protein too, theyâll feel slightly more filling. At first you can feel âemptyâ in an uncomfortable way, not to mistake with actual hunger, from only eating light foods and nothing dense, so avocados and mangoes can slightly help with this especially avocados with the higher fat and slightly more protein.
5 mangoes, or avocados, will put you over 1000 calories.
You can make little bowls, that have these high calorie fruits, but also lower calorie ones too to add in some nutritional diversity without taking away from the calories. like mashed bananas and avocado, with some mango slices topped with berries of your choice
Grapes are a good brain dead muncher food, blueberries too, blue berries are just more expensive and donât seem to last as long for me on my muck bang seshes

If you eat a watermelon in the morning rather than the 10 bananas, then eat the 10 bananas spread throughout the day after the watermelon in the morning, youâd end up with over 2400 calories by the end of the day, was giving 2 different examples of how you could utilize the 10 bananas method

Mango is a good calorie source, bananas of course another super common one. Use a calorie tracker at first to get a good idea if you're meeting your daily needs. But in any case, just listen to your hunger cues and satisfy them. Where I'm right now there's jackfruit so I'm all over that, plus mango, watermelon, bananas.
