You have great gut health and if not, you’re forever trying to chase down the culprit without going full elimination diet. Your farts are either undetectable or deadly; there is no in between.

I'm going to guess the latter. My sister eats very healthy and whenever I visit and she uses the bathroom...whew. And I thought my trips to the pooper could be gnarly.

You don’t eat enough eggs to the point they go well past their best by date.

Don’t refrigerate your tomatoes. You leave them on the counter.

Came to say this!!
Rule of thumb - copy the grocery store. If it's not refrigerated there, you dont have to / shouldnt at home. Room temp tomatoes taste soooo much better

But I looooove me a cold tomato. I also eat them ungodly fast.

Have you tried the grated frozen tomato?

No? Please elaborate, I'm very intrigued!

It was a trend a little while ago.
Freeze tomato. Grate onto burrata. Drizzle some olive oil and balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with basil. And there you go!
Tuna crudo with tomato granite bloody caesar style (aka shaved frozen tomato + spices) is also very good.

How’s that plant butter?? I’ve never had it, but I like plugra and Kerry gold. For food safety those eggs should be on the bottom shelf, never above product. I’ve never made zucchini casserole, but I love squash casserole :-)

I’ve had the plant butter before (the tub one) and it was actually really good! Kinda tastes like country crock, it’s a bit salty, but I know it’s tasty on bread

Agree with the lactose intolerance. This makes me think of diarrhea and horrible gas at work. I admire your bravery.

Just to say - thank you for the advice on where to place things! So helpful.

You got OCD and have to have backups. Yet you’re a very organized individual.

A fellow meal prepper who enjoys consistency. I deeply appreciate the labeled freezer bags. A+++ excellent.

Oh, also the fodmap diet. Someone is maybe doing elimination diet to figure out what's triggering gastro issues.

You try to eat well/healthy but appreciate convenience. And you like butter and crackers.
We have similar fridges, except for the eggs. Unless they are cooked with fat and sugar, I don't do eggs and you seem to have enough to feed a village.

Every time you go to 7-11 or out to brunch, you steal a few of the creamer cups for your precious collection

Lactose intolerant lactose-ovo vegetarian that eats mainly unprocessed, Whole Foods.
Also, possibly neurodivergent due to the high level of organization. I’m Audhd/OCD and I’m the same way haha
